My friend and I stopped in here hoping for good Chinese food, which is not what we got. Neither one of our meals were good. I had the combination fried rice, which had no flavor. We only saw the waitress once to get our drinks, even though we needed refills no one was around to bring us refills. When they brought us our ticket the waitress asked how our food was we told her it was not good and she said "oh, okay. Well next time order something different." I told her that there would not be a next time because we would not be returning because the food was not good and the service left a lot to be desired. Her response was "okay." The food was pretty decent, I ordered a shrimp & beef fried rice and the mapo bean curd. The interior is spacious and although there seems to be a steady supply of customers, the restaurant doesn't fill up often, which is nice. Good place to go to in Kingsville for Asian cuisine and if you dine with a large group! Also, they have a buffet line for free fruits and desserts, but the variety isn't much. read more

I ordered simple Lemon chicken and got chicken that looked like damn chicken nugget dipped in orange flavored sauce and then my friend ordered lo mein and it was over cooked and tasted nothing like lo main is supposed to! Kingsville has a very limited number of good places to eat, this ranks near the top on my list, here is what I ordered: Hot and sour soup--awesome best I have had since moving here from California. 50-50 Hunan chicken and beef, beef was very tender, chucked tasted like chicken done perfectly, vegetables were perfectly cooked, chicken fried rice was also very good. I went back a week latter and ordered the general Tso's chicken, again great food, large portion and what surprised me was the very thin breeding on the chicken, you could actually taste the chicken, not all reading, only complaint was that it could have been a little more spicier was not hot at all, good flavor. I would have given 5 stars if the service was better, waitstaff looks to be overloaded at dinner time. Overal great place! read more

First choice for Chinese food in Kingsville. We've eaten here 6 or 7 times both lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. Very clean inside and updated modern interior. Though some have made comments about the service, we have never had an issue with it but found it to always be efficient. We also find the food to be fresh and not overly greasy as can be the case sometimes in other places. Hot and sour soup is delicious and I like that the chicken in spicy garlic sauce is made with all white meat chicken. My husband is a fan of the General Tso's. Good lunch special prices and most dinner plates range from $7-$11. They also offer a buffet of free fruits and desserts to all done in customers. Never tried the sushi here though some of our friends really seem to love it. read more

This is our usual go to place for Chinese food. Tonight was unusually disappointing. The flavors were off and we were shocked at their rendition of "crispy honey walnut shrimp." The smallest pieces of shrimp were encased in unappetizing thick chewy breading.. The sauce came on the side and there were no walnuts to be found. The food here is pretty good. The servers are the worst!!!!! Everything you politely request is met with a huff and a look. No courtesy, slow, and make you feel like you're not welcome there.
