Had the Asada fries and let me tell you I was extremely disappointed. The fries were not cooked crispy as I asked for and the salsa made the fries super soggy. It lacked cheese and flavor for the meat. I could eat the rest and I gave it to my dog. He didn't even touch it! That should say a lot since my dog eats cat shit. This was my first time trying this place. We called to order. I ordered a chicken burrito supreme, chicken nachos supreme, and 2 sopes. The burrito only had some chicken and mostly filled with beans and rice but nothing else to make it a burrito "supreme". It was not big for the price the way burrito supremes usually are in other taco trucks/restaurants. When we opened the nachos we noticed she gave us tacos instead. We called and she asked if we had asked for nachos instead of tacos (which we did. I wrote down the order when calling to order). She said she would redo it so we took her the tacos and she gave us nachos. However, they weren't chicken. They were ground beef. I don't eat beef, only chicken so I was pretty upset since this was the second time she messed up the order. I called again and she questioned me if I had even ordered chicken (which again, I only eat chicken so I knew I told her at least twice). I told her we had indeed ordered chicken both times she messed up the order. She offered to make them again but this would be the second time we'd have to drive out there which was very inconvenient and she never asked to give me a refund for nachos I couldn't even eat. She then hung up at the end. The food made my brother sick and I barely got to enjoy what I ordered. I would not recommend this place because the orders are not accurate and I don't understand how you can mess up an order twice after having your customer drive over there twice for an incorrect order. read more

This place is unassuming from the outside. Very basic cinder block building with a dirt lot and a dining area consisting of picnic tables under an awning. You order at a counter, which is where you also get your food. The menu is very limited with the basics--taco, burrito, torta, nachos. there is a hamburger combo, but I didn't see anybody order it while we were there. Meat choices are basic too-pastor, carne, pollo, chili verde. I had pastor and carne tacos. My buddy got the other two options. Everything came out quickly and packed to go. We chose to eat there and saw a wide variety of clientele come through. There were construction crews, police officers, and even a pair of hipsters. All in all, everything was fine. It delivered what can be expected of a take out only taqueria. Nothing reall stood out. I would definitely go back if I was looking for something quick. Their tacos were inexpensive and a four (buy 3, get 1 free) was more than enough. Oh and while they do have a bathroom, I would not recommend it. read more

We were not very impressed with the food here. I had a burrito supreme with chicken. The chicken was boiled and had absolutely no flavor. The burrito Had no pico, no lettuce. It was basically cheese, rice, beans, chicken and sour cream. It was difficult to eat because the stuff inside made the tortilla soggy and I had to eat it with a fork. The salsa given to us was hot and didn't have much flavor because it hadn't been cooled down yet. Basically- we ate it because we paid 16 dollars for two burritos and we didn't want to just throw that money away.. but next time, we will stick with Pedro's or conchitas. Lesson learned. Also- there are jalapeños sitting in a plastic container by the window and it looked very questionable. If I were them, I'd remove and wash that. A burrito supreme is supposed to come with everything and have all different textures. It should not have a bunch of soggy mess in a tortilla. read more

This is a stone's throw from my Mama's house. I can fill up w leftover's to spare for under $6. Yummy, authentic tacos and nachos and al fresco dining on park benches outside. Always satisfying. My Old Man says, "I love that place!" Very similar to a roach coach w/out the coach. read more
