Mike began by carefully listening to all our concerns -- from systemic roof leaks and water intrusion to workmanship issues -- and made sure he understood the full picture before starting. During the inspection, he was incredibly meticulous, documenting every defect both big and small with detailed photos and clear notes. He even helped us find out the potential root cause for some of the more difficult issues we had been having with the house i.e. the sporadic roof leaks. What stood out most was his deep expertise. With over 20 years in the trade, Mike knows construction process inside and out, and what builders should or shouldn't do as best practices. He also has specialized experience in mold remediation and plumbing issues, which gave us confidence given our past water problems. Mike is an excellent communicator and very patient. He explained how things are supposed to work, advised us on how repairs should be handled, and even warned us of pitfalls to avoid when dealing with builders or contractors. He also shared best practices we never would have thought about, helping us prevent long-term issues. On top of that, Mike was extremely respectful and friendly with the entire family -- even our pets took to him right away. The encounter left us feeling unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regarding this incident. It is our personal recommendation to stay very far from this company. Homeowners deserve respect, professionalism, and basic privacy when inviting someone into their home.

Four Corners Inspections did a great job finding lots of little items wrong with my half-way built…read morenew home in Frisco. The home builder, a reputable one at that, told me it wasn't necessary to hire my own inspector, as the city would would be doing its own inspections. As Bryan told me, "of course they don't want you hiring a home inspector." Sure enough, Bryan found lots of deficiencies-- none significant, fortunately-- in the builder's work. Bryan also educated me on new home builds, "A house is only as good as the actual guys building it." I learned a lot after he was done, as he walked through the entire house with me, showing all of his discoveries. He photographs with his digital camera every single discrepancy, and those pics end up in his final report (which he emailed me that same evening). You won't be disappointed hiring Bryan. Google his business; all of the 5-star reviews on Google are spot on. Hiring him was the best thing I did in the building of my new home.
