Had my roof & gutters replaced and also some rotted wood repaired on the facia and eaves of the house by a roofing company. Hired John to inspect the work that was done, and he was extremely professional and quick to get to it. He found some rotted wood that had not been repaired and informed me that the roofers did a good job and was one of the better roofing jobs he had seen..... was happy to hear this. He did note that the dryer vent pipe should be replaced with a more modern one that would keep out squirrels and insects. He sent me photos and a video of the rotted wood that the roofer was supposed to repair but did not and also went over everything with me over the phone. Updated review a year later -- still five stars! We asked John to come back at the 11-month mark before our warranty ran out on our new construction. He was extremely through again and found an issue with our attic ventilation that our builder was not aware of. The builder did their own substantial research on the claim and found that John was correct. We would have never caught this issue without him and were able to have it resolved within our warranty period due to John's insight. He also noticed before the Big Freeze of 2021 that our hose bibs were uncovered and recommended we cover them, likely saving us some burst pipe issues in the weather. Thanks John! read more
