Chris helped us find our first STR property in San Antonio, TX. He is very knowledgeable and highly experienced in real estate and in different cities in Texas. Since we intended to get into Short Term Rental (STR), he searched and showed properties that would allow us to get a permit to rent it out. He even called the City of San Antonio to confirm this and get more information. The property search was smooth because of Chris' great communication and organization skills.
