The condo a crossed the street went on the market at the same time and sold for $45k less - it had a huge back deck and updated kitchen. This overpriced condo is not updated, it has no back deck like the others. It is way over priced and it's slimy real estate agents that list homes like this are the problem!!!!! You are not for the people. If your client wants to list a home at a ridiculous price its your choice to work with them. Real Estate agents are the new used car sales men, you can't trust them.

What do you do? Well, you can start with thanking God that Kate Fry is on your side. I ended up backing out of the deal and purchasing a different home but that's not what this review is about. This review is about the force that is Kate Fry with Everhart Studio Real Estate. This was all such a learning process for me and thanks to her, I was able to have it all broken down in Layman's terms for easier digestion. Kate and I hit it off and I think that's due in large part to her no-nonsense tactics that for a lack of better terms "get shit done" in a professional and prompt manner. I know I was definitely on the bottom of her totem pole as far as dinero to spend goes, but she never treated me any differently for it. She even took the time to meet with me in person to go through the mortgage documents step by step. Kate is especially knowledgeable in the downtown and historical home markets. Wow, I'm very impressed with Mark and his partner. We called them at 8:30pm last night, told us…read morethey'd be here at 9am this morning, and they were here at 8:58am. The garage door to our barn wasn't installed very well, and the cable was not tensioned right and came off the wheels. Mark fixed that, and installed a new garage door opener in under an hour! They were done by 10am, with a new keypad, hardwired button by the side door, and two wireless remote buttons. Great guys, Mark answers his phone 24/7 by the way. I couldn't be happier with their service, and it's a relief when we made 8-10 other phone calls and got put on hold by call centers with people that didn't know where our town was. If you want a down-home guy that's been doing this for 31 years, call Mark and he'll do the job right!
