A certificate was purchased for me at an auction and presented as a gift (valued at $800). We still paid $2000 for the photos we received, but we were under the impression it would be less than this due to the certificate value. We started our photos with maternity in August and had newborn photos done in September. Once the galleries were ready for purchase we scheduled the review (mid October--nothing offered sooner for the maternity photos) and took the time to eliminate photos we didn't like as much and discussed edits we would like done. We were told photos would be ready in a few weeks. By mid November I had not heard anything and sent multiple messages for an update. I was finally told the gallery was complete and when I was sent the link the full gallery, with photos we didn't like were there and none of the edits we discussed had been completed. We also purchased all photos that included 2 prints and a flash drive. I had to continue to do follow ups to get these items to me. All said and done we received our final prints and flash drive in January. I loved working with Kim and Larry, but was disappointed in the lack of communication, the time it took to get everything finalized, and the amount of follow up I had to do to get the gallery and prints, but the photos were perfect.
