I've been renting a unit from them since August 2020 and "YES" they do have you sign a contract. The rate increases that I have had over the last 29 months has been a total ripoff. I am paying more now then a person would if he or she would come in and rent a new unit the same size as mind. When confronting the management concerning the outrageous rate increase over the 29 month period I was told to simply "move out the unit and go get a family members to sign for a new unit." The management will lie and say its every 8 to 14 months but the increases are computer generated every 5 to 6 months. They get you by advertising the low rental unit prices. Then you are hit with those outrageous rate increases. That's where they make their money.

All the other business that I have called straight up tell me that they charge by hour or distance, are straight up about their pricing and are also CLEAR of the different things that can change pricing.
