As a whole, David is also extremely professional.  He makes sure that you're covered and comfortable.  He checks in on pressure to make sure everything feels good.  He also offers so great advice at the end of the session that could help keep you moving well. I did not have Aura's contact info, so I had to wait until someone else left the building so I could get in (I tried the call box but no one answered.) When we went in to the studio, another man (presumably another therapist) was wandering around outside and inside the studio. Aura set me up in the room and closed the door, so I undressed and got under the sheet on the table. A moment later, the aforementioned man burst into the room to "get something." I was completely uncomfortable and startled, seeing as I was naked and not expecting a man I did not know to come into the room unexpectedly. It was such an unprofessional thing to do especially when you have clients who are trying to relax. I have had many massages at many different places and never have I experienced anyone other than my own therapist coming into my room (and even then, they always knock!) Aura must have been uncomfortable too, because while he was rummaging around in the room, she started awkwardly massaging me. Not the way I planned my massage to begin. It was very difficult to relax after that, especially because the other therapist was playing loud more upbeat music in the other room which could not be covered up by the soft spa music Aura was playing for me. All in all - not a comfortable or relaxing environment. I would expect this atmosphere from a massage studio that is only charging me $20. To see that you charge $150 full price is unfathomable to me because I can go down the street and pay less for a much more professional environment, which is exactly what I will be doing next time I need a massage.
