He was always available to answer all my many questions. He took time to explain things. If there was even a minor detail I had a question about, he made sure to address quickly with his crews. It was clear he and his crews were in lockstep the whole time. He visited the site regularly. He seemed genuinely invested in making sure he delivered a good project for us. At one point, we had some issues due to the rain, and Ensar himself drove out on a weekend to help me out. His crews also work very hard. I was always impressed by their dedication and wanting to make sure things were taken care of. Schedule - He gave me an estimated completion time and I thought, no way. We had two major rain delays, about a week each, and somehow he still made the original schedule he projected. He sent his crews out almost daily. It was clear he did a lot of planning on his side to ensure the right crews were available at each step of the project. Budget - I got multiple estimates and his was very competitive. Makes you wonder is it too low? But as we went through the project, there were no sudden upcharges or surprises. His budget was real.
