I have dealt with my fair share of contractors and most don't pay attention to the details - They aren't helpful, and when you're not looking, they cut corners. Ensar is different. He was always available to answer all my many questions. He took time to explain things. If there was even a minor detail I had a question about, he made sure to address quickly with his crews. It was clear he and his crews were in lockstep the whole time. He visited the site regularly. He seemed genuinely invested in making sure he delivered a good project for us. At one point, we had some issues due to the rain, and Ensar himself drove out on a weekend to help me out. His crews also work very hard. I was always impressed by their dedication and wanting to make sure things were taken care of. Schedule - He gave me an estimated completion time and I thought, no way. We had two major rain delays, about a week each, and somehow he still made the original schedule he projected. He sent his crews out almost daily. It was clear he did a lot of planning on his side to ensure the right crews were available at each step of the project. Budget - I got multiple estimates and his was very competitive. Be prepared...this is a looong review. It is something I always hope for when making a big investment/decision. From the very beginning, when we were just shopping bids, Ensar was always professional, courteous, and honest! He was extremely easy to work/collaborate with and made sure that every step of the way was explained fully until we felt completely comfortable and knowledgable about what was going on. Ensar and Waterfall Pools turned our idea and dream of a backyard into reality! We had our entire backyard done with a pool & spa (heated and saltwater system), artificial grass play area for our son to run around on, cement pavers with artificial grass borders around the pool, prepared planters around the parameter of our backyard (that we later had landscaped) and existing tree, a foundation for a storage shed (my father-in-law and I later built...although Ensar kindly offered his team to build it for us), another larger foundation with ready-to-use gas, electric, water, and drain lines for a future pergola & outdoor kitchen we installed afterwards, a natural gas fire pit, and even helped with relocating some gravel to the other side of my house so I could reuse it instead of it being thrown out/lost in the dig up. The pool & spa are amazing and exactly as we designed it to be...Ensar added multi-colored LED lights to enhance the vibe at night, even though we were perfectly fine with plain/white lights. The fire pit is perfect to hang out around during cold nights and to just have on while hanging in the spa at night to set the vibe! My son loves to run around the backyard playing with his toys! We really could not have had our backyard done any better!!! Waterfall Pools' crew/team were very professional and polite! They would always answer any of our questions while here on the job, and if they were unsure, they never hesitated to get ahold in Ensar to provide the answer! The guys even helped me out with installing new door hinges, and even had to correct the framing of my door frame because I accidentally caused it to shift when I attempted to install the door hinges on my own.
