Once again, Easy Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning did not disappoint. It's comforting to know that you can call a service company and their consistency of excellent work is something you can count on. We had two Cedar trees removed recently because of the plumbing damage they continued to cause on our property. The part of the sewer that is closest to our home was showing signs of needed repair. Several years ago Easy Rooter took care of the sewer line that was on the front side of our property. It's still working very well after 6 years. This time it wasn't a simple task to just dig up the dirt to access the sewer line. There was cement to remove, very large tree roots to remove, and old sprinkler pipes to remove. They replaced old plumbing that was connected to our laundry room and a bathroom. After scheduling for them to do the work a week in advance, they changed the schedule to accommodate us for the following day. The reason they did this was because our shower backed up that very night. Jonathan was at our home the next morning to discuss what they could do in full detail. I so appreciate that Jonathan took the time to spell out everything. When his employees arrived he introduced the guys who were going to do the work and then took them to where the work was to be done. I was pleasantly surprised that this whole job was done in one day! Jonathan has a kind and gentle demeanor. I can see why his employees bring that same attitude to work. Cesar and Guillermo did a great job clearing out my back, side, and front yard sewer drains. The pipes were so plugged up I had to have sandbags at my back doors to keep the backed up flooding from entering the house. They snaked all the drain pipes and the sewer line to the street and hydro-jetted the pipes to flush them out. They pulled out a bunch of real monster clumps of roots, and flushed out a long dark river of sand and muck. It was real dirty, messy work, but they cleaned up everything when they were done. The whole time they were very cool with me asking too many questions, taking pictures, and even called me over to see when they pulled a whopper out of the pipes. My drains are now clear and I can get rid of the sandbags. Great job, great guys! read more

He was very polite, explained everything in detail, and gave me the estimate. He completed the work same day. He just needed one part for the shower which he had to order. When my kitchen drain got clogged up my home warranty recommended EASY ROOTER. The Tech- Paul was right on time, with shoe covers in hand. He worked hard under the sink with a machine and Bingo! This is a business that is over gouging with their prices in their cost for just a bib repair they wanted $285 which is way out of the range for many other plumbers that I called so I would not recommend this company to anyone else ! Follow up : so the owner is now insulting because of a misspelling of words or perhaps even my English grammar came into question. As somehow the owner has a hard time owning that piece of a customer disappointment. I understand business is tough but price gouging isn't a good experience either for the consumer. Please note that I have hired plenty of plumbers from yelp and some are simply just more moderately and fairly priced than you are! I just hope you don't take advantage of the seniors that live in the valley who are on fixed income. Another follow up : Even some of the good reviews you have that I read through are calling you out for over pricing but great availability. My house needed a whole new repipe. Jose came out and did a walk through to access what needed to be done. He actually listened to my needs and wants unlike other companies. He gave me options and explained how they would take care of the situation with minimal damage to walls and floors. They finished in a few days as promised and tested the lines before they called in a team of expert guys to drywall and pour concrete, (a separate charge but well worth it). They all did an amazing job. They were all very kind and professional and went beyond what was proposed. The drywall guys patched up holes that they didn't even make. I know plumbing is something that has a cost that you can't see, but it is worth having piece of mind knowing that it was done right the first time and won't have to worry about it again. We have been throwing money away for over 2 years having different companies come out and do quick fixes on our poor drain system. All of the hydro jetting, cutting roots, and unclogging would only work for days to months before the issues would start again. We looked for more long term solutions that wouldn't break the bank and had multiple plumbers give us the run around. When Jonathan reached out, his professionalism and readiness to have his team out here at a reasonable price really struck us. His team arrived on site a half hour early and ready to work. Their camera equipment was high tech and the problems within the pipes were visible. They worked carefully not to damage any existing drains while getting to the root of the problem (the roots). In just a few hours they were able to remove damaged pipe without entering the house, and clean/clear out the pipes through the house while installing a new clean out. We enjoyed learning the route of the pipes in the house and more about the existing damage/repairs needed to make the house functional. Everything you wrote was inaccurate. I told you that the contractor did a poor job with the finish work. The dirt of the fill in was done poorly. All his work was reviewed and signed off by the City, but you already know this. The reason he suggested the camera was because for some odd reason he couldn't tell what had managed to clog a 4" pipe with a secondary clean out just feet away at the street. When it was done he specifically stated it was running clean and he couldn't find anything. Then when I would not accept a ridiculous upsell he wrote that now theirs was debris. If he had properly snaked the drain and it was running clear, why would there be debris besides what is normal. So what you are saying is he did a poor job of snaking for $395. Interesting. I just saw an add from Rattlesnake Rooter advertising; $73 Drain Clearing Special - With Free Camera Inspection. The price I accepted because it was an emergency. What I don't like was the conflicting stories. I didn't tell anyone not to use you, just my experience. read more

Honest and fair! I can't believe I haven't given them a review yet! Can't recommend them enough! We started using Easy Rooter 2yrs ago when the home we had just purchased started having major sewer issues. I was devastated to learn we not only had a sewer line break but over 250 ft of sewer pipe eroding and/or shifting that needed to be resleeved (thanks realtors for not telling us a sewer inspection was something we could have paid for, lesson learned). As heartbreaking as it was, Jonathan and his crew made the entire process as painless as possible. They were very transparent about our options, thoroughly cammed the lines and let us watch to show us exactly what they were looking at and even provided the video of it to us on a flash drive so we could use it if we decide to seek a realty lawyer. Jonathan never made us feel pressured to make one decision or another and left us feeling as though we could trust his opinions, integrity, and the skills of his crew so we moved forward with the massive project. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned everything up nicely when they were done and we've had no sewer issue since! We showered with hot water from the stove (read: we heated it in a big pot), but washing dishes was a problem; cold water just won't get everything clean. Enrique came on a holiday weekend and worked his butt off to help my family. He is a craftsman and an engineer. The Easy Rooter team really supported him through the whole process. I can't tell you how relieved I am these these guys came into our house, assessed the problem(rotted out cast iron sewer pipes), gave me a bid, and got to work. It started with talking to Kate at the front office. She told me, "I promise, we'll figure this out for you." I had been dealing with another plumbing company, but that is a different story. Everardo Duenas aka Jr., Cesar, and Alex were the crew assigned to our project. From the time they showed up they involved me in the pursuit to figure out why my bathroom shower and toilet were constantly backing up. Jr. had me watch as they ran a high-tech camera through the drains and pinpointed each issue. The pipes were essentially rotted through, cracked, invasive roots, and cast from the pipes laying inside the lines. The fact that Jr. took the time to explain to me in layman's terms and his awesome customer service is what got us to hire Easy Rooter. You can see and hear that Jr. is a good and honest soul. At this point, Jr. explained what they could do to remedy this issue(pipe relining). The process was explained to me and they showed me a sample of what this pipe is like(extremely strong and guaranteed by the manufacturer for 50 years.) "Our guys" got to work and busted their butts to get our pipes up and running again. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure having these men in our home.
