He has been servicing our house for the last 10+ years and helped to get 38 hardworking years out of our air conditioner and furnace! He replaced capacitors and worked on our fan motor multiple times over the last decade, allowing us to use the original unit on our home for far longer than anyone ever expected. When it finally decided it had lived it's full life on a Friday morning, Josh had us hooked up with a new AC and heater installation on Monday. Like everyone else this heat had my air conditioner acting up. Searching local Facebook groups I noticed everyone recommending Chill out. I gave him a call and he let me know it would be 4 days until he could get to me. Major bummer. He asked me to describe my issue, which I did. The first time we met him, he tried to help us over the phone to save us the cost of a trip. I'd never heard of such a thing before. If you're looking for an AC technician, stop looking, and go with Josh. He truly has the best interest in his customers. My AC stopped working during the weekend and it was 108 degrees outside. And it was 88 degrees inside my house. I was desperate. Honestly I called several technicians in the area (Beaumont/Banning) not one replied back to me, only Josh. It might not be a big deal to others, but when you have a 16 month old baby that can't sleep because it's very hot, and she's very irritated all day except when she's in a cold bath, and as mom it broke my heart that I couldn't do much for her but to wait on a technician to reply. I even decided to do research, and I ordered the parts I need because I got tired of waiting. I decided to fix it myself since no one replied. I'm glad Josh called back since my parts are still not delivered. And i didn't have to put my daughter through another day of this heat. Up to now.
