I was stunned by her rude attitude & callous way of doing business. I'm a senior citizen on a budget & I prefer to have at least a ball park figure in mind before I make a large purchase of any kind. They said they would look at it for me and be able to repair it while I was there. When I got there I was amazed at the amount of vehicles located around the bldg and figured some were waiting for parts. There were three people working the counter when I got there. The guy I talked to was very courageous and friendly. Checked in and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes when he came out and said he had good news. He had the nail in his hand which turned out to be a screw that was ground down and said it had not penetrated the tire with no damage and no charge, he gave me my keys and I found my vehicle parked directly outside the building. I definitely will be back if I need any repairs later on. I have lived in Newburgh for three years and I'm in my 80's. There are a lot of horror stories out there about rip off's and I suggest you check out this place. I feel confident about getting a fair shake here.

We have received reports of basic work requests that have turned into very expensive problems, and it seems they are targeting single women and younger teens. We no longer would ever recommend this establishment. This is just heresay, as of now but so far we have heard several people saying the same thing, and it all seems to be happening only to our younger generation that doesn't know any better. We have a master mechanic now and will be referring elsewhere. We are not personal customers of theirs; however, if you have been advised to go there for service, just know if you've read this, you've been warned.
