Booked it 1+ month in advance, sent pictures, and even told them on multiple occasions "we don't care how long it takes or how much it costs, please deep clean it". They showed up on time that day, and we got a call 2 hours later they were done. We thought "that was quick". Upon arrival. The ENTIRE downstairs of my house was not cleaned. The upstairs was cleaned beautiful. Kitchen wasn't done, downstairs bathroom wasn't done, and I should mention the extra we paid for appliances wasn't touched. So we call and get told they can come back to clean it, great let's try again. We can't unpack our stuff in the new house we bought because we are waiting on it to be cleaned. We get told noon Monday, 1pm rolls around and no show. Finally at 1:30 I call, and get told they're on their way. It's now 2:30 and no show, now I work night shift so that's like asking someone to be awake at midnight then not show up. 3pm comes and they finally show up and tell me "sorry they got lost"- I life in a neighborhood and it's 2022 with a GPS, as well as a place they've already been to! But now I have to leave at 5pm for work and don't want my house unattended due to the history of this business. I call the owner who is "out of town" and speak to his assistance and was treated with attitude and doesn't understand why showing up 3 hours late is a big deal if it's a "makeup service" as she calls it. Stay away from this business!!!! The worst experience while trying to move into a house!

Her rate for a home deep clean was more than a move-in ready cleaning for the town home. Once again, she did a wonderful job using "green" products and made the town home move-in ready. With my home, she arrived promptly at 9am and did a deep clean until 3pm. I was happy with the results as the house smelled nice and looked wonderful. I loved the look of freshly vacuumed floors. I did notice however that the top of my stove vent was not dusted, nor was the top of my fridge. Two areas that I was expecting to be cleaned, but wasn't. I will still keep her in mind for future cleanings and still highly recommend her! She even reaches out to see if you need any future cleanings done which I appreciate. She is very professional and great to work with.
