Petersons worked on it for awhile til I had a transmission light. He put a transmission module for a Eurovan in it. The engine light remained on and I later had a transmission rebuild. The light remained and the mechanic found a transmission module for Rialta's. The light went out. I later confronted mike about it and he told me it was ok. I would not trust Petersons auto. Too many people have complained about it horrible workmanship and shotty work.

I was on vacation in the Olympic Peninsula area when the rental car I was driving felt funny and I noticed it had two bad tires on it. One was showing steel threads on the inside towards the body of the car. The other was bald. I called the rental company. They hooked me up with James T from this company. You know things are going to go bad when you're broke down on a Saturday afternoon and the first words you hear are "Can this not wait until Monday?" James ended up being the most condescending, misogynist, and rudest person I ever dealt with in a situation like this. I was the middle man, this wasn't my car and I DID NOT CALL HIM, he called me. The rental car company hired him FOR me through their roadside emergency assistance. He wanted an EXACT address of where I was and when I couldn't do that because I am 2200 miles from home in unfamiliar place at a scenic spot in a National Park, in a situation I didn't plan on being in, he got put out. He questioned me about what was wrong with the car(what tow driver does this?!) and I explained that the steel was showing on the tire and that the other one was bad too. I told him I felt it was unsafe to drive, his response was, "who told you that?" THERE IS STEEL SHOWING ON THE TIRE. Really, bro? BET you wouldn't have said that to a man. He 'helpfully' told me that "you were the one who drove all the way out there on bad tires." Then when I started to finally get upset at his gaslighting condescending tone, he told me that I need to "calm down" and in typical serial killer fashion he also said "I am trying to help you." And then HE, on his own, without permission from me nor the rental car company, decided that he would tow me somewhere different than where the rental company told me to take the car. This is because the rental car company wanted the car towed back to SEATAC and he didn't want to do that. CLEARLY. This made all my panic alarms go off. I wasn't going anywhere with this man alone to somewhere different than where the rental car company was expecting, as I now felt very unsafe. When I finally was able to get back to my hotel (no help from James T at all) I was completely shaken to my core and ended up having a panic attack that ruined the rest of my time there.

What olympic gold medalist do for gymnastics, they do with wenches and hydraulics. I referred them to a friend and they moved a shed for her. It was in an awkward location and a tree tried to scrape Chris off the side of the shed as he was maneuvering it past. With more skill than a rodeo clown, he hung on and got the shed past the wild tree. They placed it in the requested location with precision. Watching this father and son team work together is a thing of joy and entertainment. I hope to be alive and in need of their services in another 15 years so that I might see Daves grandson working with them. They are great at what they do, and as heartwarming as a feel-good movie. I almost feel like buying a structure so that I can hire them to move it.

I had already gotten an estimate from the largest, best known body shop in the area and wanted to get a second estimate. My estimate at Frankfurth was far more reasonable than my first one was, but what made me choose them was that it's a mom and pop local business run by a honest, hardworking family man named Chris, a father who lives locally. It isn't always about saving every last dollar. There are things that are nearly as important to me. All things being equal, I'd always rather give my money to a locally owned/operated business than some big, faceless, corporate body shop. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process. I appreciated Frankfurth's fair prices, but I was thrilled with the quality of their work. My truck came out looking perfect. They did exactly what they promised they would do and finished on time. Their repair was flawless and they even returned my vehicle washed and showroom clean. You just can't beat that. I highly recommend Frankfurth & Son's Auto Body for all your body shop needs. We found Eagle Auto Repair and Tow and David was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. He located the screw that had gotten embedded in the tire, and although its location on the tire made plugging or patching impossible :(( he had the spare put on and directed us to a good full-service tire store at our next stop. I just wish Eagle Auto Repair was less than 3,000 miles from my home - they would become my go-to Auto service shop in a second. It's a level of service that is hard to find.
