Dave and Chris just moved a 40' container for me. What a great couple of guys! They opperate heavy equipment like choreographed dancers. What olympic gold medalist do for gymnastics, they do with wenches and hydraulics. I referred them to a friend and they moved a shed for her. It was in an awkward location and a tree tried to scrape Chris off the side of the shed as he was maneuvering it past. With more skill than a rodeo clown, he hung on and got the shed past the wild tree. They placed it in the requested location with precision. Watching this father and son team work together is a thing of joy and entertainment. I hope to be alive and in need of their services in another 15 years so that I might see Daves grandson working with them. They are great at what they do, and as heartwarming as a feel-good movie. I almost feel like buying a structure so that I can hire them to move it. read more

They charged me extra by falsely stating they charge by the hour, while their own store policy says they charge by the miles (it was short distances for the tow). They then hide their fees for leaving the car on the lot for them to get an estimate to fix the car. As soon as I tell them I don't want them to fix it, they show their teeth and charged me a parking fee higher than Seattle downtown! They know the car is not drivable and I am stuck, so they "offer" $0 to take my car in order to stop the parking fee from increasing. Fortunately, I was able to find another auto shop to take my car and tow away from them. Much better offer than theirs. They still made $650 on me for barely doing anything! They also bought up many collision services in the area so it was very hard to find another offer, and they can scam on people's accidents. My Nephew was in an accident on 2/26/23. I was notified that he was in the hospital and in surgery. After I was notified he was stable, I called Sequim PD for information on where my car was. I was informed it was taken to Evergreen collision. I spoke with the dispatcher who told me she would have an employee named Jim meet me there. A truck pulled up and I asked the man if he was Jim. His response to me and my 86 year old father was I quote "I don't need this shit I have a AAA call to go to." I said I am sorry for asking you your name, Can you at least tell me if my car is here? I looked around the parking lot and did not see it. Jim's response was " I am calling the owner I don't have to put up with your shit and when when my father objected to the way Jim was speaking to me, Jim told my father to " shut up and stay out of the conversation if you are not Barry Roomberg" ! No one shows up at a collision place on a Sunday morning because its the best day of their life. This man was beyond disrespectful!! He is your employee and a representative of your company and if this is an ok way to treat people I don't know how you have any customers!!!! read more

This review is designated for Evergreen Collision Center who did their job but charged us for more. I highly recommend you discuss/time when they leave and work till the job is done. Both the tower (Scott) and the manager both claimed that they charged a fair price by sending one person for a two man job at a two man price. It's not really a review and the link is dead. I also don't know who uses Yelp for collision centers, but if you are, look no further. Our car got messed up and we needed a new windshield and hood. We had to work through our insurance company but Evergreen took care of everything and got the replacements parts quickly. The work was amazing and our car looked better than it had in years - clean and tidy. I'm serious, we couldn't believe how clean and new it looked. The people here are very friendly and helpful and we even saw some other happy customers in the brief moments we spent in their reception area. Thanks to Chris, Shady, Mike, and the tow truck driver who's name I have forgotten but he was really nice as well. read more

Evergreen promised (and charged for) a radiator re-core, then did incompetent work, caused physical damage and hid that damage. End result was around $2k in radiator repair and head replacement. Also, they have luxurious facilities which are paid for by charging too much for their dishonest service. Yes, they are very busy and service big rigs and large equipment, but popular doesn't mean quality. The lack of scruples shows in the work they did for me. read more

I recommend against using Evergreen Towing. My experience: Our car's front wheels got stuck in a ditch, and the rear of the vehicle was sticking out into the east-bound lane on a local road. Under threat of having the vehicle impounded if it couldn't be moved within a few minutes, and Evergreen Towing already having been called to the scene, I was forced to accept the $150 + tax charge for the 10 minute job of the tow operator breaking the rear exhaust support system on our car on the first tow chain attempt, and dragging the car sideways back onto the road. I trusted the tow operator to know where to connect the chain but I should have known better. When I complained, I was ignored. If you need a tow, call someone else. read more

I will recommend this place to anyone within a hundred-mile radius of Port Angeles. The staff of Evergreen on Front St., from the receptionist to the tow-truck operator to the mechanic-- everyone was helpful, friendly, willing to work with my schedule and willing to explain what was what, even when it came down to dealing with insurance and adjustors. Today was an absolute shitshow. I called for a tow at 12:30 this afternoon and my car was not picked up or delivered until 5:45 this evening. When I first called the driver estimated 90 minutes and then I got told that it was going to be an additional hour and a half, then I got called back and told it was going to be two and a half hours, then told it was going to be at least three or four more hours. According to the driver who delivered my car which was one of the nicest most amazing Charming people ever I was dropped between the cracks basically. And he apologized profusely about the wait time and everything else as he had provided service to us in the past and knew us by our location and address and was just really extremely apologetic on his behalf as well as his company's behalf of which I told him it wasn't his fault that it was AAA and his dispatch. So what I ever use Evergreen Towing again if I could be guaranteed that I would receive Matt as the driver yes, if it were anyone else probably not! The only reason I'm giving this review 3 stars is because of the driver and how friendly he was and how sincerely apologetic he was... That's it! read more

My car had a hit and run. We had parked it in a parking lot at the store and returned to find it had been hit. We went in to Evergreen Collision and got a quote which seemed reasonable, then set an appointment for them to fix the back bumper and left rear fender. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the owner was very friendly, wanting to make sure I liked the work, and thanked me for my business personally. Also, during there I noticed they do repair work as well and asked if they could fix a driving light that was out in another car we have. He said "sure, just bring it in anytime." Our car broke down 20 miles outside Port Angeles at the eastern edge of Lake Crescent and Evergreen towed it. Initially, I was going to have the car towed to Seattle, but went with the recommendation of the tow truck drivers to have their mechanics repair it. It was a risk since I knew nothing about them, but it paid off handsomely. They diagnosed my car..broken water pump and in need of new belts..got the parts and repaired it the next day. I was without my car for less than 24 hours. Had I sent it to Seattle it would have been extremely inconvenient. The car has run well since the repair and the price was very fair. The drivers and staff at Evergreen were friendly and helpful. I would give my highest recommendation to this company should you find yourself broken down on the Olympic Peninsula. read more

The work that was done excellent. The car was even washed. My husband decided to choose some used parts and have of some of the other deer damaged sections of the front repaired. The left headlight was a used part. My frustration is due to the fact that the headlight ended up being an inferior part. It failed about 45 days after it was installed and so the guarantee was over. Meanwhile, I moved from Port Angeles to Olympia. I was told bring the car in the labor would be free: I would have to buy the repair components. I live 2.5 hours away and had started a job. I had it repaired by Terry's Automotive in Olympia, sent pictures and a copy of the labor amount I paid. I have never received any acknowledgement and certainly not the $45.00 in labor that I expended. That was in July 2015. So if you are not a nearby resident maybe you don't receive the same long term customer care. read more

No Stars. Was 200 miles from home. Hit a downed tree w my truck. State farm recommended evergreen in Sequim. They came right out w a tow truck. Took them 2 days, but they said truck not a total. They said 2 weeks for repair. I rented car went home 200 miles. I call at 2 weeks. Parts not in. Gave them another week. I called they said truck ready. I drive 200 miles back up. Pick up my truck after hours. Body work done. They forgot to align front end. Truck a disaster to even drive. Went back home called Mon and he said oops sorry. OK whatever. They call me an hour later. Front end unalignable. Ball joints bad . not covered by ins. 500 bucks to do ball joints. I said do it. Another week goes by. Get call truck ready. I asked did u test drive it. He said yes. Since I had to drive the 200 miles again they would have it delivered to my friends house up there. I get up there. Drove truck home. It was all over the road. Bad. 5 hour trip home took me 8. I called state farm told them they found me a local body shop in my area. Upon inspection down here. Steering box was shot. They put a USED STEERING BOX IN MY TRUCK DIDNT TEST DRIVE IT AND IT WAS BAD. !!!! I WAS TOLD TRUCK WAS SAFE.TO DRIVE TWO TIMES AND IT WASNT EVEN FIT TO BE ON THE ROAD. 2000 Dollars later my truck repaired properly down here. State Farm went after Evergreen for all of the money. Meanwhile I had to pay my rent a car out of pocket. 6 weeks and 1800 out of my pocket. I wouldn't take my bicycle to these guys. They even broke my air bag spring doing the alignment and didn't say anything. read more
