I had my spark plugs and ignition coils replaced everything was good for a day. Until it started doing it again! Same problem! They charged me a diagnostic fee. I went back telling them my problem and I was told that I would have to pay another diagnostic fee again to see what was going on! I paid alot of money to them already. So much for the warranty!! After talking to some of the locals they said this place is very shady! And owner. Even my neighbors told me to stay away from this place . Now I have a car that I cant even drive now because its running so bad!will be going some where else! Stay away!!

It's a brand new 2017 Honda Civic and the owner Joe made sure the job was done right. The Geico claims adjuster on the other hand tried to push a non-genuine part on me (which didnt fit right) and Joe got the genuine Honda part I needed. The tri-coat ( white pearl style) paint matched the car and there were no issues with fit. Joe could have tried to pull some angle to make more money off this repair using the aftermarket part but he didnt. He was honest and did the right thing. As far as Geico, I wont say the claim adjusters name here because Im not sure if it was his personal decision or Geico forcing him to push an aftermarket part on me. Either way....I will never be a Geico customer again. Btw, Joe's work has a lifetime warranty.

Specifically requested not to bring a flatbed as the car was immobilized perpendicular to the highway. Well, when a flatbed arrived, the driver agreed that a tow truck was needed as a flatbed would cause more damage and called in for another truck. When we arrived in Port Angeles, Chris' refused to accept AAA payment and demanded cash claiming that I refused the first tow. After an lengthy negotiation with AAA's conflict resolution department, Chris' towing was forced to accept AAA payment. Fortunately, a honest mechanic in Chris' garage saw what was going on, temporarily fixed the damage to the car so that we could make it back to Seattle.

I was on vacation in the Olympic Peninsula area when the rental car I was driving felt funny and I noticed it had two bad tires on it. One was showing steel threads on the inside towards the body of the car. The other was bald. I called the rental company. They hooked me up with James T from this company. You know things are going to go bad when you're broke down on a Saturday afternoon and the first words you hear are "Can this not wait until Monday?" James ended up being the most condescending, misogynist, and rudest person I ever dealt with in a situation like this. I was the middle man, this wasn't my car and I DID NOT CALL HIM, he called me. The rental car company hired him FOR me through their roadside emergency assistance. He wanted an EXACT address of where I was and when I couldn't do that because I am 2200 miles from home in unfamiliar place at a scenic spot in a National Park, in a situation I didn't plan on being in, he got put out. He questioned me about what was wrong with the car(what tow driver does this?!) and I explained that the steel was showing on the tire and that the other one was bad too. I told him I felt it was unsafe to drive, his response was, "who told you that?" THERE IS STEEL SHOWING ON THE TIRE. Really, bro? BET you wouldn't have said that to a man. He 'helpfully' told me that "you were the one who drove all the way out there on bad tires." Then when I started to finally get upset at his gaslighting condescending tone, he told me that I need to "calm down" and in typical serial killer fashion he also said "I am trying to help you." And then HE, on his own, without permission from me nor the rental car company, decided that he would tow me somewhere different than where the rental company told me to take the car. This is because the rental car company wanted the car towed back to SEATAC and he didn't want to do that. CLEARLY. This made all my panic alarms go off. I wasn't going anywhere with this man alone to somewhere different than where the rental car company was expecting, as I now felt very unsafe. When I finally was able to get back to my hotel (no help from James T at all) I was completely shaken to my core and ended up having a panic attack that ruined the rest of my time there.
