The service was quick and efficient. The doctors were very attentive. I had to get X-Rays and their team was able to get it done quickly and effectively so I could get back to the rest of my day. I had a sinus infection, was about to go on a trip, and I needed to get antibiotics to clear it up…read more I went to Ross urgent care, went through the registration process pretty quickly, and I asked specifically if they took my insurance, and they assured me they were in network. It wasn't too long of a wait, and a physicians assistant came in, looked at me quickly, listened to what I said, and wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic. I had paid a $90 co-pay. Not long after, I started getting bills for $165.85 for the office visit, and $93 for the physician assistant's 10 minutes of time, and the prescription he wrote. I called Tri Health, explained the situation, and told them it seemed to me that there must have been a mistake in the billing. The lady told me I might be right, and that I should call the physicians assistant and ask them if they made a mistake. I assured them that I would not do that, because I came to their facility, and they should be able to bill me correctly. She said she would check with her manager, and see if there was anything they could do. The next month, the exact same bill showed up again. I called today, and a tri-health employee told me that though it doesn't sound fair, that's the way they do their billing at urgent care, and that is indeed what I owe. I have not visited many urgent care facilities, but it seems to me that there should be one bill for the visit, and these really do seem like exorbitant prices for a quick visit like that. The location is very handy, the place is nice, but I believe this billing system is a rip off.I did not even see an MD.

She is quick to rush you out the door & limits the amount of health complaints you can talk to her about during your visit. She told me the clinic only allows her to spend 7-10 minutes per patient & spends most of this time typing in her laptop so be prepared for her to walk out of the room when your time is up! Lately she is not really concerned with patient care. She does no research when it comes to helping a patient that is not doing well & she simply tries multiple medications until she can hopefully guess which one may or may not help you feel better. She looks tired & frustrated & this comes across with her lack of compassion & NASTY attitude towards the staff & patients. You can hear her yelling at her staff routinely when she is upset. I believe she has forgotten that without a loyal staff she could not be successful at helping patients improve their health.. Don't bother calling the triage nurse over the phone if you need a refill; it takes more than a week for the office to get back to you or your pharmacy but they will try to get you to come in for more visits to get your refills which most doctors will do over the phone when they call your pharmacy. Stay away from this clinic! The nasty attitude of this doctor has confirmed to me that she is not happy with her job but that is no reason for her to take it out on her staff & patients. Doctor Weatherington either quit your job & move on or think back to why you became a Doctor way back during your younger days. I am sure you have lost your way & pray you find it again. If not just retire... you are done!

My previous allergy asthma doctor retired, who always look the time to work with you and was looking for a new doctor as this summer has been extremely hard on me, its hard to breathe on a daily basis. I was referred to another doctor, who was very frustrating, so I came across Cincinnati Allergy & Asthma center, which to my discovery is right in my neighborhood in Oakley. My first visit was with Dr Ann Ghory, I was welcomed on my arrival by the reception staff, provided copies of recent visit detail from previous doctor as well as I completed paperwork online prior to the visit. I was taken to an exam room, where nurse asked me in detail why I was there and she told me I was in the right place, where Dr. Ann and their team would get to the bottom of my allergy/asthma issues. We did peak flow, spirometry test and waited for Dr. Ann to enter the room. She finally did, listened to my story and as the nurse told me, we will get to the bottom of this, we will work through this, then completed allergy skin testing, talked about some new asthma inhalers to try to see what works best for me as well as trying another therapy, which I'm waiting for the insurance to approve. She gave me a sample of the inhaler, which is very helpful, as previous office no longer did this & at times you have to try a few medications to find the right one for you, as we're all unique and react differently to medications. Since the visit I've had several phone conversations with Shelly on their team, who's keeping me posted on the new therapy, filled a few prescriptions electronically and glad to have found a new home for my allergy/asthma issues.

But Dr. Connors or something along those lines rubbed me the wrong way more than once. We were measuring my wingspan and she kept complaining about me to the nurse in front of my face. Saying stuff like "she won't stop moving." "she can't stay still." "she won't keep her hand there." Like, I don't know what I'm doing. Then she was checking for stretch marks she didn't give me any warning or ask if it was okay, she just grabbed my waistband at the back and tugged it open. She looked straight down in my underwear. No warning. No consent. Yes, I understand EDS and stretch marks go hand in hand, but you need to warn someone about that and get the okay. Especially a minor (I'm 16).

Yes, I know what a bedbug looks like. I didn't want to scare anyone else in the room, and simply told the receptionist. A little while later someone came in the waiting room spraying alcohol and wipping things down. We talked a little and she said it wasn't the first time she was asked to do the same thing. A bit later I was told to sit with my wife as she recovered. I overheard a nurse say that number 3 (my wife) was "the one with bedbugs" and that they would have to wipe it down. I went up to the nurse and said that I was pretty sure (we now know for sure) that we did not bring the begbug with us. I also mentioned that the person spraying alcohol for bugs was asked more than once to do so. The nurse was adament that alcohol was 100% effective on bedbugs. I agreed that is was effective when sprayed DIRECTLY on bedbugs; but asked "what about the ones in the crevises of the chairs and other furniture in the room?" She still insisted that we must have brought it in. I didn't argue anymore. She seemed annoyed with us for the rest of the visit.
