I have issues with my lower back and knee from some old issues from being in the military…read more I used this studio while I was traveling and instead of doing the weights portion, I wanted to do the strider and the rower. I advised the coach, Jenna, that I would be doing that. I've never had an issue with this at literally any other studio. She said I couldn't and that it wasn't part of the program. I tried explaining it was due to physical limitations but she kept trying to pressure me into doing the weight portion and forbid me doing full cardio even though there were plenty of open treads and strikers. Horrible customer service as trying to force people to do things they're not comfortable with can lead to injuries.

Contrary to those express representations, each has now been charged for a full membership and is being told they cannot cancel for three months. When my son sought resolution today at Countryside Crunch, management claimed the contracts were with Palm Harbor; Palm Harbor then sent him back to Countryside. This runaround is unacceptable and indicates deceptive, unfair, and predatory sales practices targeting minors. Be advised that I am documenting this incident and preserving all communications. I will be filing formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, the Better Business Bureau, and Crunch Fitness corporate, and I am consulting counsel regarding claims under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), as well as potential rescission based on minority and misrepresentation. I demand immediate cancellation of all memberships, a full refund of any charges, and written confirmation that no further charges will be processed. If this is not resolved within five business days, I will pursue all available legal and regulatory remedies. No one in my family will patronize Crunch Fitness, and I will encourage others to avoid it.

Even spoke with the owner in an attempt to find a solution and could not get any restitution. Taking my business elsewhere and accepting the loss out of principle. There are gyms with more programs and ammenities with lower prices monthly. There annual maintenance fee is higher than other local gyms. Do not go here.

I kept resisting and telling her I wasn't comfortable with it but she just about rolled her eyes and said everyone can do it and kept trying to convince me to do a headstand. I have issues with vertigo and don't have good balance even just standing on my feet, so being on my head for the first time in a new surrounding when I came just to stretch for a gentle yoga class was not at all what I had signed up for. Pretty disappointed all around and was shocked based on all the good reviews they got. Maybe I was just there on an off day, but I definitely did not feel any sort of connection or eagerness to return.

The retreat was filled with great classes and outings. Wendy really pushes her students and retreat attendees in remarkable ways that build strength, flexibility, and over health and well being, but still is very chill, relaxed and fun setting. Its inspiring to see someone so dedicated to the yoga lifestyle. I hope to stay in touch with Wendy and Julius in the future to attend a yoga retreat. I don't often write reviews but totally recommend. Julius and Wendy make a excellent team to say the least and are very sweet people. To bad they live in Florida I think I would become a real regular at her studio.
