Many very strong men and women train here. But it has also proved a blessing to this 75 year old old using basic barbell lifts to fight against the muscular atrophy endemic to the aging process. There are currently five squat/bench combination stands the same as used in competitions, a squat monolift, three power racks, two deadlift platforms, and two platforms for olympic weightlifters. In addition to quality powerbars, there are Caps squat and deadlift bars and pretty much any other specialty bar you could want. Perhaps most important about GBTC is the quality of the people here -- knowledgeable, experienced trainers and helpful friendly members.

Probably doesn't range high that's 20-25 people every time I've come. I do training sessions with Adam 6x times a month and his flexibility and expansive knowledge helps change up my routine. Whether it's training for a 5k, toning, heavy lifting, Adam can mix it up. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to join q gym that isn't a queueing line for machines. I've seen the cleaning crew come and does a great job at ensuring everything is pretty tidy.

I have called the gym and have spoken to Nick the manager. He said that the last 200.00 charge to my account was going to be that week. I just looked in my account and they removed another 200.00 again. When I called to speak to the manager he said that I needed to come in and sign some paperwork in order need to stop the drafting. I told him that I have been very sick and that I have not been able to do much. He did not care about anything and continue to ignore my request. I am not only calling my bank and the corporate offices but I am also going to remove my 30.00 a month membership.

This is a huge clean facility with nice staff, clean locker rooms, lots to do, and plenty of parking. We're just ordinary people, and we felt welcome. Countless machines! Benches. Weights. "Functional training" tires. A basketball court. A room for Classes. Trainers. We came for the three lane lap-pool and the hot-tub. We came mid-afternoon on a weekday. Several others were using the luxuriously hot hot-tub, too, and four of us had a pool lane to ourselves. A few other folks used the other swim lanes occasionally. We noticed showers and drinking fountains in the pool area. They had a steam sauna in the locker-room area, too, but we didnt use it this time. We'd say either of these LA Fitness clubs were good. Just check out the difference in the sports they support.

My card was…read morecharged twice by the gym in one week, and when I said something team member, Jordan, said that he had issued me a refund. A week later I still had not received my refund and ask to speak to the GM and he ensured me he would bypass my next charge and speak to corporate to get the issue resolved. Days go by and it's time for my next personal training bill to come out which should have been bypassed as a product of them double charging me but instead they still tried to charge me double yet again. Very disappointing because I liked the gym but when a company is being inconsiderate of my money i can no longer trust them to have access to my funds. Imagine having to pay bills but you come up short because your gym is charging you twice. Very frustrating experience so Just to those in the future who plan on spending their money with this gym. Also after cancelling my membership the "GM" told me that there is no actual corporate and that he only has his bosses personal number when I asked for the number to complain to corporate. Food for thought before purchasing a membership here.

Alex represented that their cards would be charged one cent and immediately canceled so he could receive credit for the sale. In reliance on that representation, the minors provided payment information. Contrary to those express representations, each has now been charged for a full membership and is being told they cannot cancel for three months. When my son sought resolution today at Countryside Crunch, management claimed the contracts were with Palm Harbor; Palm Harbor then sent him back to Countryside. This runaround is unacceptable and indicates deceptive, unfair, and predatory sales practices targeting minors. Be advised that I am documenting this incident and preserving all communications. I will be filing formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, the Better Business Bureau, and Crunch Fitness corporate, and I am consulting counsel regarding claims under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), as well as potential rescission based on minority and misrepresentation. I demand immediate cancellation of all memberships, a full refund of any charges, and written confirmation that no further charges will be processed. If this is not resolved within five business days, I will pursue all available legal and regulatory remedies. No one in my family will patronize Crunch Fitness, and I will encourage others to avoid it.
