As mentioned below, I felt like I got a good deal when I bought the washer. It worked fine for about a month then started constantly dripping. so had to keep turning off water to keep from overflowing. Called Bill and as others have mentioned, he was very adversarial. After way too much talking, finally got his guys out to fix it and they did a good job. However, now I have about $350 in an older used washer. Next time I'll just buy a new one. read more

If I could give zero stars dear God I would!!!!! Keith was so rude to my husband over the phone it took all of me to not drive myself up there!!!! We bought a washer and dryer paid a hefty price for what we know was used, but forked it over because they appeared the newest of the selection. THEY CAME WITH A 3 YEAR WARRANTY INCLUDING PARTS. This was how he sold us. I understand you pay for repairs think it was like 30$ or something, but when we called 3 months later he acted like he had no idea why we thought he would repair it. So then I tried to resell it to him because we couldn't afford to fix it and he said no. We finally got him to come look, he said he would check on parts, then called and said they don't exists anymore have a nice day & wouldn't even fix the part that required now parts!! We told him that doesn't make sense and he told us he couldn't fabricate the parts and hung up on my husband. We hired a repair man and low and behold the parts exist!!!!!! First off....bought one set 5 years ago....was fine. Purchased a set 2 months ago for $575. The dryer takes 3 rounds to dry. The washer makes horrible clicking noise and rinse is same temp as wash. Was told this is normal.....if click is not a problem going to charge me $45. So....basically they will not honor warranty on junk they sold me. Buyer beware....just go buy new. Never again. Went looking for a washer/dryer combo in Jan 2019. Found a set, good prices. Delivery and setup were no issue. Thought, wow, I found a good place to do business with. Fast forward to March 2020. The dryer is running but it is not heating. They told me to flip the circuit breakers to see if that does the trick, but it didn't. I call him back to schedule them to come out. Here's the issue. I spoke to Bill about the service call. Apparently Bill has been ripped off by some customers. The way he spoke to me was either (1) I was stupid or (2) he assumed that everyone is out to rip him off. The entire conversation was adversarial. Now, this isn't my dryer. It's my mom's. She had a stroke last year and I was having a hard time finding the actual receipt in her file cabinet but I DID find the record of the purchase on her bank statement. Nope. Not good enough. If you don't have the actual receipt we have to charge you blah blah blah blah. I figured it had to be there somewhere - she kept EVERYTHING and was always meticulous about record keeping. I went ahead and scheduled the service call. He proceeded to reiterate over and over about how he has to charge me blah blah blah if I don't have the receipt and parts would be blah blah blah if I can't find it.....I GET IT. Don't talk to me like I'm an idiot. I couldn't deal with his attitude so I told him "just come out. whatever." I figure if I have to pay full retail for service, so be it. I just wanted to get this guy off the phone already. We are honest people. We're just trying to get our dryer serviced. I don't need to hear a bunch of CYA or being treated like I'm some slimeball customer who's looking to pull one over on them. I purchased from them. I have proof - just not their original invoice. I've only purchased ONCE from them. Instead of working with me, all I heard was what they CAN'T do, what their "rules" are - in a very condescending manner. Day of service they call to say they'll be on their way in a bit. I asked 20-30 minutes? He can't tell me because blah blah blah blah. Oh, and btw, you have cash to pay for the service call, right? Uhhhh.....you couldn't tell me how much it was gonna be. I'm just supposed to empty my bank account so I will have enough cash on hand? I'm really really really disappointed. This guy Bill, he needs to take some online classes to learn how to provide polite customer service. They would have had a repeat customer if he didn't talk to me like I was out to take advantage of him. Now, anyone asks for a referral, I will be telling folks to RUN - it's not worth the hassle of dealing with them, no matter how decent their prices may be. read more

Bought a set of a used washer and dryer here from Keith. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating with the delivery and hook up. Although I was buying pre-loved products I didn't walk away feeling like I just had the used car lot salesman experience. I am very relieved he made the experience so easy and a few months later they are still working without any issues. They advised delivery would take place on Monday, but then a few hours later, Keith called and asked if he could deliver it that same day since he was close by. YES! I was so glad to be able to wash laundry that same day. Keith was very nice, courteous and professional when he arrived.
