Customer service is beyond garbage, as I didn't get any once! I ordered a product, for some reason got canceled because of an issue on my end, totally fine with that. Tried again and said it went through. Never got anything. Essentially this experience was, I got charged for an item I was never going to get at a place that doesn't respond to calls or emails. Thanks for making me change debit cards so I could get my money back! If you can't run the shipping side of the business, which includes customer service, maybe you shouldn't have it at all and service locals only, just a thought. read more

I own a Ruger LCP .22LR with a stainless steel barrel. I wanted a matching silver metal trigger. MCARBO only offers a finished black trigger. Marc in engineering was kind in going out of his way to get me a raw unfinished trigger after I ordered it with a request in the order comment for a raw unfinished trigger. I received it today. I placed an order and when it showed as delivered it was not my mailbox. I have the USPS Informed Delivery service, and there was no delivety. I reached out to MCarbo several times, and got no response. I checked further, and noticed on the transaction receipt that they did not include my apartment number on the shipping address. They finally responded but told me that I needed to "contact my neighbors" to see if they got my package by accident or to contact the post office for a search to see what happened. So I am supposed to do the work for their error? Seriously unprofessional. Stay away! read more

I sent them a message explaining the situation and they immediately responded which I appreciated but they told me I needed to file a claim with the Post Office which I think was a bit odd. I don't understand the customer service tactic of putting it on the customer. Nonetheless I attempted to do so And couldn't because the package wasn't insured by them so the Post Office stated that it could not be submitted for a loss claim. Instead I filed for a missing mail piece search and send it to them asking if it would suffice. Since then I've sent multiple follow ups and they've never responded. First of all it's not acceptable to put the onus on the customer to do the research because a package wasn't delivered and secondly ignoring then asking for clarification is even worse. This is my 1st time dealing with this company and it will be my last. They've gotta be stupid if they don't think I won't get my money back through a credit card dispute. I picked up a Kel-Tec CP33 as a fun little plinker. However, it's all polymer and feels like a toy. Fortunately, M Carbo has some fantastic solutions to add some weight and improve performance! I have bought most every accessory they offer. I started with the textured rubber grip. It's a phenomenal improvement over the factory slip-and-slide Fisher Price it comes from the factory with. The aluminum trigger is top notch and incredible compared to the stock polymer trigger, so I purchased a second one--one in black and the other in red. The same can be said for the safety selector and slide stop. These are all musts in my opinion. I can't say enough about their after-sales support and customer service. I had accidentally purchased a non-refundable item from them. They happily exchanged it anyway, no questions asked. Shipping is lightning fast. Great company doing innovative engineering on some specific killer platforms. I have their trigger springs in my 365, and actually need to come pick up another set for my xl. I've had their spring kits in other platforms as well, but I can tell you they are the sub 2000 masters! M carbo are local so i decide to give them a try on my p365 , the product so far a 5/5 it feel better then the curve stock p365 trigger consider,my hands are larger and i use it as my edc. the tutorital video i would give a 3/5 some thing where not to in depth. like the adjustment screw. the 2 threads they suggest is not accurate as you need to play with it before putting back together. did not dry fire and took it all apart to realize it was just the adjustment screw need to be played with a little. a hr video turn into a couple wdf and a few hr later. i finally realized that everything was put back together but the only thing i didnt touch was the screw becuse i thought i already set the screw correctly. save u some time and headache as i was almost ready to pay the 60-90 dollar fee to have a weapon smith take a look at where i went wrong. thank god i did not give up as it was in the bag in pieces rdy to go. read more

As I searched for ways to make it better, I found M*Carbo, right across Tampa Bay from me. I found way more than a company that makes upgrades, I found a "brotherhood" of like minded people dedicated to quality service, customer involvement and innovation. Every aspect of the company is excellent, especially support after the sale. Every product I have purchased has been totally supported with excellent videos and instructions. I had an issue with the weighted charging handle I purchased almost 2 years ago, and they still offered me 50% off a replacement. It never fails when I go to the range that even with a lot of really cool old military firearms, people want to know more about the Sub 2000 and where did I get the folding optic mount. Used this Veteran owned company to outfit my KSG, and was proud to. Great products, as I bought almost every item they made for it. I had an issue with a screw on the tube selector, and a few days after my message was sent, I got a reply. Seemed very willing to help. Then, a few days later, nothing. I could see they were reading my messages. But still nothing. I replied again. And again. Then had another issue, nothing big. But an explanation would have been nice and would have clarified a lot. A misreading on my end actually, which I'll readily admit. I have screen shots of the entire ordeal. Which, unfortunately is a rambling to myself apparently. It also shows the dates they read the messages and didn't reply. Do yourself a favor, and deal with HiTech or someone comparable that will stand behind their customers. read more
