He really took the time to get to know me, too adding a nice personal touch to a dentist visit which typically has a negative appeal to it.

When she was done I told her that was completely unprofessional for her to say that to me and be concerned for other patients rather than me. She walked away and then refused to finish my service which she just have me 6 shots for. She didn't even come back to tell me herself and rather sent Brenda a lacky from the front desk.
