Her rings were custom made when she ordered them she was told that they would be in, in two weeks. Because they forgot to make one of her rings. It took them 2 1/2 months to get her other ring. You people need to train your employees to do their jobs properly. Need to train your people to be polite to your customers, because customers make or break a company.

I have been working in the jewelry business for over a decade and have made multiple trip abroad to gather gems and fine jewelry alike. I always try and work with local jewelers as they are often rooted in the community which gives support back to that community. With that being said, the biggest concern that I would warn people in the Wisconsin Rapids area is that Paul Gross, in specific Robin, has a very entitled opinion and frankly can be very standoffish. I brought a loose diamond in to have set - when asked if they could set this the first request was what type of setting do I want to have.... this is typical and expected. I chose a couple different settings and when I asked about price I was amazed at what I heard. Now, I know the lights have to get paid, but for a simple setting with less that 60 ct. pts, I would not expect platinum to come in at over 2800 USD. Taken back a bit, I explained I may use my own setting and have their gold smith set it for me. Needless to say, I left the store with a very unsure answer and frankly I felt like as soon as I just asked for the stone to be set no one else in the store wanted toe help me. I know 200 USD isn't the typical 5k plus they want for sales, but remember this is a small community and a sale is a sale. I called back about three days later and asked if they would be willing to set the stone. The owner gave me a blunt answer of "NO." I then asked where else in town I could get this set, after a lengthy explanation of why she didn't know I said thank you and good bye. In short this business is garbage: 1. No customer support 2. Not willing to give you the time of day if you won't drop a serious dollar 3. Rude 5. Over bearing 6. Lies I would never go to a jeweler I do not trust... and I DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS.

Make sure you check out the back rooms for more good deals. Goldsmith is on site so you can watch your jewelry being repaired if you are nervous about getting it sent out for repairs. I have bought my rings from Eric's Diamonds for years and then when the new owners took over…read moreeverything went downhill. The band on my anniversary ring broke and so I took it in to be fixed. The woman that waited on me said that it would take 2 weeks. But I wasn't going to get it back until July when they reopen again after a 1-week break. So, on July 10th I went to pick up my ring. The girl that waited on me gave me my ring and I put it on. But it didn't fit. I told her that it fit before it was fixed and I asked what happened? I told her that the day I dropped if off I asked the woman who took my ring about sizing my figure to make sure she had the right size and she told me that no need to because she would just pinch it and tap back together. I couldn't even get the ring over my knuckle. So, I asked what it cost to get the ring sized and she said $221.00. I asked does that include the $75 for fixing the ring and she said no. I told her I wasn't going to pay for that and that it was their mistake that they didn't size my ring to make sure it was put back to the right size. I will never shop there again. The anniversary ring was given to me by my husband after 35 years of marriage. Now I can't even wear because Eric's Diamonds ruined it.
