Everyone has always been super helpful, understanding and caring. We primarily see Dr. Mills and he's excellent. Always takes time to listen to any concerns, is patient with our protesting toddler and quick to finish the physical part of the exam to reduce her stress. In all, unless you're completely against the protection of vaccines (you'll be better finding some sort of homeopath in Ashland) this office and every doctor we've interacted with is phenomenal.

When I called to reschedule, I was told they would no longer accept us as patients. For a clinic that serves children, the lack of understanding and flexibility was honestly shocking. Things come up, especially with young kids, and we expected a bit more compassion and professionalism. This experience left a very negative first impression. Would NOT recommend this facility! Yikes.
