They have helped me many times and helped me make some better choices when purchasing. I booked Heather for a large family photo session with grandparents and all. This included a session and 25 photos. When trying to schedule the session and location after having to pay full amount way prior to the session I found myself chasing her down to try and nail down the information. She was slow to respond but I tried to be understanding even though I have never had this issue with any other photographer. Finally, the session was done and I was promised pics in 3 weeks because she was going on a trip. I said no problem. It took about 8 weeks to get them and again this was me sending several emails asking where they were. When I finally got the link for the photos I checked off my 25 favorites that were included with my purchase and asked that those be edited a tad because of cars in the background and heavy shadows before I purchased canvases for family. Again, emailed several several times requesting this, and asked how can I download the 25 photos that require a pin which I was never provided. Still no response of any kind! So now I am forced to buy not such great photos because of cars in the background and etc, and I still cannot download my 25 photos that I already paid for! I am not going to pay 2x for a download. bTW 1 download of a pic is $65!! So a pretty big deal for me to get my 25 downloads I already paid for! This really sucks because this was a gift to my MIL for her 65th birthday. It has been 20 years since the last family photo. Now this. :( This has been an awful experience and needless to say I will never use her again.

I needed a head shot done very quickly for business cards and Tiffany came through. Her work is excellent, and her personality very friendly. She will quickly put you at your ease. She helped me decide what clothes to wear for my headshot and we were done in a flash. While I was there I got to see the other work she's done for families, including the blowup prints of babies. The price we paid was just over $100.00 and included 10 sheets. You have the option to purchase additional sheets, but we had more than enough. Perhaps, if the photos had come out better, we would have purchased more. You don't have to make an appointment, but I would recommend it. This place is usually busy-especially on nights and weekends. We've taken Ayden here a couple of times but we are still looking for a better place. There is no sitting fee here, but I hate being rushed. And more times than not, the photographer scares my son instead of making him smile.

Which is understandable. However, I never got an update when they would be opening back up. I had to reach out to them and was told they couldn't fit me in for weeks, by then my new born was too big. We talked about a sitter session or cake smash, and they would hold on to my deposit. Fine. I reach out 2 months before her year and I am told they can't get me in until April and send me info like I had never talked to them before. When I tell them I would like my money back I got a rude message back.

Our overall experience was short of blissful. To preface I've worked in this field for years myself and had some baseline expectation but even that aside, this was a horrible experience. 1. During the studio session our little 2 year old spotted a bear in the prop basket and asked if she could hug it, Linda accepted. Our little one continued to hug the bear for couple more minutes before Linda spewed out angrily blaming a 2 year old for tearing up a bear and threatening us to pay for it. Now I can reassure you this bear was fully intact and did not have any damage to it but my wife and I decided to overlook it. 2. Everything is an up-charge; photos on their free cadence would be ready ~ 4 weeks later? You want it in two days? That's +$75 charge! I was appalled!! There was lack of lateral consistency of overall costs of the shoot to delivery of work. Most professionals charging that much would churn a session into 3-5 business day delivery. This really prolonged and eroded the excitement of sharing this moments with broader family in a timely manner. There's not healthy proportion of cost and their ability to deliver. 3. Posting on social media and website without permission. 4. Communication was stalled out often; emails would not answered for days and calls would not get picked up. When I went to pick up the printed photos, L&I.T photography failed to resend their address timely even after emails & phone calls. This left me out wandering trying to trace my drive there from memory. After arriving for pick up and trying to communicate frustrations with my experience; Linda answers the door and disregards my concerns; citing that she's in a studio session, that's I'm late for the pick up and that I should memorize the drive from memory. That unpleasant exchange sealed it for me. You can check everywhere; their address is not listed; and yes I get privacy reasons of running a business from home, but that's the risk one takes publicly if running business in good faith.
