Well when his dentist suggested it was probably time for braces (he inherited my overbite) they walked us right over. And not outside "walked us over" ... they're actually connected inside!! SUUUPPER convenient! We met with Dr. Nima for the first time and as he looked in my son's mouth, within 2 minutes, came up with a plan of how to treat his overbite. I've had braces in my younger days, so I was familiar with some of the terminology however, Dr. Nima made sure to explain every step, every term and never made you feel out of place. The office is ALWAYS clean & welcoming! They make you excited to be there. My son (now 9) has been going to Dr. Nima since he was 6 or 7. He's been going to the dentist since 18 months so for him getting his mouth looked at he's pretty comfortable. They are gentle, they always ask you if you're comfortable, the staff ALWAYS carries themselves with respect and are always such a joy to be around & not to mention, they also have TV's above each chair station when you're getting worked on to keep your child (or you) entertained and not thinking so much about what's going on inside their mouth! I love the staff and Dr. Nima so much. I ended up getting Invisalign for myself back in Feb 2024. Dr. Nima suggested a 10 month plan and my perfect smile would be achieved. Not only did we jump on the ball, I received a discount because my son is a patient there, and that 10 month plan turned into 7!!! I achieved my perfect smile within 7 months because I followed Dr. Nima's recommendation of wearing my Invisalign for 22hours a day for 10 days and then switching my trays. I am sooo happy with my smile (as is Dr.Nima). I know I'll go back and see them because my son is still a patient there but! I will say their estimates for costs have been more then a bit off both times in the beginning. We delayed both times due to what seemed to be way too high of a cost when quoted and asked if it was right . I'd like to think it was just a mistake and not an attempt to just charge more the first time. The care and visits have been good. Forward me all the necessary paperwork. They walked me through what the initial visit would be like. When we arrived, we got checked in. They showed my son how he would check in each visit if we went with then. Dr Mibab then came out to introduce himself. He said they would scan my son's teeth then we would talk. My son went back for a scan. Maybe 5 minutes later, we went back for the consultation. He explained what would be adjusted to get the smile my son wanted. He explained the treatment procedure and layout of the payment plan. Fast forward about 9 months, we are still happy with then service here. He shows the gradual change to my son's teeth that are taking place. My son is happy with the improvement. We only had 1 communication issues since going. It was addressed immediately and resolved. Good customer service. Dr Mibab said something to me as well about it, which I did appreciate. I would recommend this office. My son is doing a great job with his treatment. I am satisfied with the money I am paying. I will say if you can get double coverage on your kids. We are divorced and it helps tremendously with medical and dental bills! Here my…read moreexperience was a long list of issues the long term care plan, billing errors, insurance issues, a billing communication. On the orthodontia, get a couple of different opinions, I went with them based on the recommendation and pricing I was supposed to pay. There was another company, Buckhead Dental, that quoted me more money out of pocket as they did not take insurance but their Invisalign recommendation was only 3 months for my case. I wanted to cancel the contract with Quality because I was confused why another doctor had given me a 3 month plan, possible a month and a half if I was consistent, and Dr. Gluck gave me a year and a half to two years. I reached out to Invisalign to ask why the plans were so extreme as the molds come from them but they will not speak with you. I tried to cancel but I was told I would owe them $2,500 as they had already done the molds. Based on the communication, I thought I had only provided a non-refundable deposit and not that anything had been complete on sizing. I was stuck with them for 2 years now. Based on this long term plan, I was done in 3 months but I had to waste my time going into the office for check ins where they took pictures of me and said I was doing fine. It was such a waste of time. They had the audacity to try and keep pushing me for more money for an additional retainer. I told them I don't need it and I won't lose it. I never lost my last retainer before and I was not concerned decades later. They kept pushing for me to get it. I told them I'm fine and started to ignore them when they brought it up since they didn't listen the 3x I said no. For billing, the staff either doesn't know how to add/subtract, which seems to be rampant in the medical field, and/or the system is so archaic, they don't know how to use it. The coordinators continuously gave me inaccurate statements and I would have to call confirming that I had paid X amount which was not on their records. I was proactive and kept calling to confirm the outstanding billing requiring them to email me the statements so there would be no issues. They kept getting it wrong from errors I found and had to resend the statement. I kept a spreadsheet to track due to numerous errors. Due to this issue, I wanted to finish paying them and be done so they would not come back. I paid multiple payments a month and would call to get statements sent to confirm we were tracking. By the end of 2022, I paid off my bill in full. Now over a year later and two months later from service and 8 months from paid in full, they are reaching out on a $585 balance. They were fully paid by me. However due to the insurance plan spanning the full treatment, they had not finished charging insurance. They called during a death so I said I would get back to them. I did and left a voicemail giving them the information they asked for but they ignored the voicemail. They never followed up until August 2023 asking about the payment again. Apparently they had been mailing me to an old address with no other communication. I had moved and did not receive any of the forwarded mail until afterward due to the post office. Finally after months of back and forth, I was told I still owe the ~$300-400 as my insurance had paid their maximum. This didn't make sense to me because they knew what the maximum would be at the beginning of service. So my out of pocket should have been exact from the beginning as I didn't add anything or ask for additional services. I should have gone to the other doctor earlier as a second opinion with the shorter Invisalign recommendation and no insurance involved. It has been a complete mess and I hate having to deal with them. The worst medical billing experience I have had and hopefully the last.

They let me keep my free gift bag too (multi usb charger/battery pack/Lip balm...etc) so that was nice.
