These guys are absolutely wonderful. We just moved into our new build and having full gutters for the home was a priority for us. After getting multiple bids we decided to move forward with Christian Family Guttering based on price and reputation. Nadia is super on top of communication and expectation setting. Their commitment to quality was obvious throughout the entire process. We live up on a hill where wind is pretty brutal, and as a result, Nadia and Josh had to make 3 trips to finish because they didn't want a vey long piece to bend during install. Their patience with mother nature and extra effort to ensure we had a quality install was greatly appreciated. We also have two dogs that provided their own "music" for them the entire time they were doing the install. They didn't complain once even though I'm sure it was beyond annoying to be barked at for hours on end. If you want fair pricing, great communication, reliable service and genuine people, go ahead and give these guys or call or ask for a quote already. After having the job declined for being too small or way over bid by others, I finally found Christian Family and I'm so glad I did. They handle gutter screens (all you really need unless you have pine needles, TRUST ME), gutter cleaning and of course they do gutters as well. The crew came out, developed a plan, and provided a reasonable estimate. We approved, and they installed the system pretty quickly. You find out how good a company is when everything isn't perfect, though, right? We had to wait for the rain to test it; when we finally got a good soaking, a while later, we still had some challenges in a couple of places. We reached out, and Nadia was onsite within a day, tweaking and changing little things. She was so kind to my daughter, which is always appreciated, and made sure that I would let her know if it still wasn't right. Had an outstanding experience with Nadia and CFG. She was super responsive and helpful during the quote process. Pricing was substantially better than a number of the bigger name competitors in Austin which was great. We had them install new gutters and downspouts around our single floor home. They were able to schedule us very quickly and when they discovered wood ant damage behind one of our old gutters they were so nice to reschedule so I could get the boards replaced. They were super prompt and sped through installation in a few hours. Just great all around service! I would highly recommend this small family business and certainly would use them again. I am so glad we called Josh and Christian Family Guttering. We have a home that was built without guttering on the sides of the house like most new homes in Austin and it also was missing flashing. We were getting the house repainted so took advantage of this to have the work done. I can't recommend these guys enough. Even with rain delays they got out here and knocked it out quickly. Even routed a gutter to my rain barrels and the way they spliced the new gutters to match the original ones made it look seamless. I had gotten 3 bids and they were very competitive and great about keeping us posted on status. I am 100% happy with my new gutters! I contacted Christian Family Guttering through Yelp one evening and Nadia responded the very next day. She came out to do the measurements, suggested the matching color, and was able to set up the installation appointment very quickly. She kept me posted through text and email, so I was aware of everything happening and their clear pricing. It rained that night after the gutters were installed, and I was so excited for the rain. I seriously got out of bed at 4am (when I heard the rain) to go stand on my front porch and marvel that it was actually DRY and not flooded like it used to be pre-gutters. Long overdue review. I needed gutters for the front and back of my house. Got estimates from 4 companies. Josh came out (on time) and did the estimate. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. He quickly did the estimate and explained what he thought we needed. He mentioned gutter guards as an option but didn't force them on me. I had already decided I wanted them. When I asked for his suggestion, he said they had 3 types but he thought the least expensive one would be just fine. Out of the 4 companies, Christian Family Guttering also had the best price, and no flash brochures or sales tactics. Because I found the whole process with Josh very easy-going, we decided to go with them. BTW, Nadia handled all phone communications and she was also very pleasant and easy to deal with. I even called them up after debating whether I wanted one long strip of gutter under our patio cover or two sections, and told them I wanted two. Nadia told me no problem, they re-did the plan, and it ended up saving us over $100 as well. When we finally got to the day of installing the gutters, we were having a film made at our house. Our daughter is a UT Radio-Television-Film grad and one of her friends had asked to use our backyard as the set for his graduate thesis film. Unfortunately I couldn't change the date of either project, so I had to explain to Josh and Nadia what was going on (they installed all the gutters themselves, just the two of them). They had to deal with 25-30 people running around the yard with tons of equipment, making noise, dodging ladders etc. They were real troopers through the whole thing and even offered that when the director actually started filming or doing sound checks, they would stop their work to keep from making noise until the director was done. They actually thought it was kind of cool what was going on and said they enjoyed seeing the movie-making process, even with all the distractions. I talked to the director later and he could not say enough good things about Josh and Nadia, how cooperative they were throughout the day. He was a bit nervous that this was going to throw the film off schedule but he said it was like they weren't even there. 7 hours later, the gutter job was complete and they cleaned up and headed out. We absolutely love our new gutters. They were a much needed addition and Christian Family Guttering did an amazing job throughout the whole process, from first contact to follow-up.
