    Alfonso and Nicole "I can care less" looking for make believe paperwork

    *This Dallas store needs a new leader with a friendly trained staff who understands customers needs and desires. I recently had the displeasure of experiencing the customer service at Christian Louboutin, and let me tell you, it was as disappointing as it was pretentious. I went in hoping to get some help with a shoe issue, but instead, I felt like I was bothering them by simply existing. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by acknowledging my presence. They were snooty, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. When I explained my issue, they barely made eye contact and offered a generic solution that did nothing to resolve the problem. It was clear they were more interested in maintaining an air of exclusivity than actually assisting a customer. Nicole Riviera and Alfonso are the two worst employees ever!!!! I've posted pictures below so you can see the ongoing timeline of bad customer service with these two, not to mention Nicole being a Karen and calling the cops on me during Father's Day weekend because I told her I was going to record her behavior and how she was treating me (snatching my receipt and CC out my hand) after I've already purchased multiple items. It's typical to weaponize the police against black people (IMO) like some kind of scare tactic. I even showed her an email from client services and she said that's not "them" and that a refund wasn't part of the deal, she denied me service and said client services doesn't call the shots for her store. Nicole most used word in our conversations was I've been working here for 8 years and "I can care less" I went back 8 years on her history of her working and NOTHING has changed with her current behavior/customer service. How does one stay employed this long disrespecting and mistreating customers? How does a store manager stay employed by displaying disgusting behavior in front of her staff while disrespecting a customer, what type of leadership is that? How does Nicole Riviera overrule client services? How does Nicole "I can care less" Riviera do whatever she wants and still represents for this company? QTNA My daughter had to witness a high end boutique manager of 8 years (professional right) hand out bad service like free samples at Sam's club on a Sunday! This place is a total joke! Unforgivable and unapologetic. Honestly, for a brand that prides itself on luxury and sophistication, the customer service was shockingly subpar. I left feeling frustrated, undervalued, and with a very sour taste in my mouth. If you're considering purchasing from Christian Louboutin in Dallas highland park, DON'T!! And if you do, just be prepared to be treated like you're not worthy of their time or attention! Because, of course they own the place "."

    I stopped in the Christian Louboutin store to purchase a wallet to match my bag. Elijah was so friendly and helpful. They didn't have the wallet I went there to purchase, but he showed me one I loved even more. He even followed up with a text today to see if I was enjoying my new wallet. I will definitely shop there again!!

    Like most of my reviews, I have a story that goes in to my review and this will be no different. A few years ago, I lost pretty much ALL of my collection of high end material items that I had purchased and collected while living in France when my husband and I were on a trip overseas and our home was destroyed. I had a pair of 'red bottoms' that is no longer made that was gifted to me. I treated the amazing things of beauty that they were..taking care of the lacquered bottom and the leopard leather impeccably. My heart sunk when they were ruined and our leather person stated there was no hope of bringing them back to life. I decided to finally replace those once loved , never to be worn again 'Loubi's' while on a recent engagement on a recent trip to Dallas. I also love Highland Park with its fab high end shopping. I was first surprised when I called to make an appointment prior to my trip to Dallas and the phone number was either wrong or ? I got a voice mail that was 'full' and stated it was the Nordstrom Christian Louboutin Boutique. If you went on the site to make an appointment all of the appointments stated 'unavailable'. That said, it sort of threw me off and needs to be updated at the least. My husband and I took a car from our hotel to this CL boutique. The usual red rope and security that exists at every high end luxury boutique met us; I do find this mildly annoying as I have always felt it's a marketing tool to show it's 'high brow' when there are 5 sales persons and 4 people in the boutique. It's also a turn off. Lining up a rope outside to show how many people are knocking down your door is a waste of time. But, it is a thing these places do for marketing and the rest of us are stupid, right? Hence the reason I tried to make an appointment on a line that didn't work, because I had a dinner meeting and meetings for the rest of the week. Do I have to line up at Neiman Marcus ? No. Do I have to line up at Saks? No. The guy outside made us line up and I told him I seriously had 4 min to wait and I would leave and head to Neiman's soon for the same shoe I knew was in stock. Boom, the door opened for us to enter. I was greeted by Alfonso and I had decided on beautiful 70mm Kate patent leather heel in black before flying to Dallas; I had tried them on in another city and debated between those and Miss Sab in the same height. Neither was in stock. I was so disappointed. My 3rd choice was the Duvette Spike heel in black. Again, out of stock. UGH! I was shown the 85mm Sporty Kate, despite the fact that I was told this was the 'Kate', I know Christian Louboutin and the silver emblem on the outside of the heel indicates it's the 'sporty' Kate. After trying on several pairs of heels and a pair of boots, my husband and I were finally offered water. This in itself was a bit humorous. It's snotty to say, but if you know , you know. If you are purchasing at most CL boutiques and definitely in Paris, you are offered champagne. Yes.You.Are. And Yes.You.Should.Be. Trust me when I say it's part of the buying experience and it's part of all that's happened with purchasing luxury items in the US. We were finally gratified with a still bottle of water. I purchased the 85mm Sporty Kate and possibly would have gotten the boots I tried and likely a cool bag but I found the customer service so lacking in this boutique that it bothered me to spend more of my money here. Next time I'll buy my red bottoms at home or when I travel to Paris for the full true French experience as the designer truly wanted it to be. I can say that, because I travel there at minimum once a year and lived in Paris for two years and know what the original CL boutique experience is like and sorry , this isn't it. I do love red bottoms but I did not love this boutique. Christian Louboutin shoes /heels/boots and all of their bags and items are beautiful there isn't a doubt. I knew what I wanted prior to stepping foot in this place and I only wish the buying experience was as beautiful as the heel!

    I was blessed to be able to treat my nieces to Christian Louboutins pumps for Christmas. They were extremely happy. My shopping experience was...see review below. PROS 1) Store Manager was very patient and attentive. She was great. 2) Store was neat and organized. CONS 1) Not enough styles and sizes to choose from. 2) The guy guarding the door is an ASS. He took his time to get to the door and unlock it. He did not greet me. He watched me the entire time I was shopping. He was black and I was black. Felt like I was being profiled. As I was leaving, he took his time to let me out and did not say have a great day or anything and I dropped thousands of dollars that day!

    I visited this Christian Louboutin location while in Dallas and was very pleased. The shopping area where the store was located was very charming. The lady who assisted me was very polite and knowledgeable. The store didn't have my size in the shoe I wanted so she ordered it and had it delivered to my house. I received my gorgeous shoes less than a week later - just in time for Valentine's Day. I couldn't be happier!

    It seems this boutique sells damaged goods. After finding this damage a day later we tried to request assistance from this store. We were told that we caused the damage and the store refused service. If you look at reviews it seems to be common that this store does not sale new conditioned goods and has sold damaged goods in the past. There seem to be many instances of poor service and poor quality merchandise at this store.

    I was in dire need of a new pair of heels for an upcoming trip I have going to Dubai, the sales associate was nice and pleasant I had an amazing experience in the store. I tried on a few pairs and we ended up going with this one. I'm very happy with my purchase and the customer service here. I give it 5-stars. Would come back again.

    Was looking to treat myself to a nice pair of black heels after recently moving to the area. I had started emailing an associate from the store (Theresa I think? Blanking on her name for some reason). She was so nice over email and just as nice when I finally met her I'm person. She helped recommend the perfect pair of heels and ordered the purse I had been looking at for me without any hassle. The manager, Alfonso, was also very helpful. Love the service and quality of product. Will definitely be back.

    Sunday April 11th was our anniversary so I surprised my wife by taking her to a few shops including Louboutin in Dallas. She fell in love with so we ordered the shoes in the picture and only had the store order vs online so the salesperson would get the commission. I called a few days later to check up and it was ordered Monday April 12th to be sent to the store. Yesterday 11 days later I called back and spoke with Nicole who took charge of the situation. She is currently working on getting it to us today or Monday. Online dropped the ball it was ordered but never came in to Dallas or our thoughts, sold to another client. Early In those past 11 days my wife actually saw they ran out of her size online and she was very upset because we could have just ordered to the house. I do like having her try things at the store so any issues it's it's done right there. Good news was her size recently showed back up online (she checked every single day). I guess the new batch came in vs forever out of stock like the boots she wanted to order. I would normally give a 3 or a 4 star especially if we have to stand in long line to pick up when it does come in but Nicole came through. She even called me back right before closing yesterday just to tell me she didn't forget about me. That's outstanding service and I am very impressed with her actions. I truly hope you meet her on the days she works. UPDATE SATURDAY 4/24/2021 Nicole was at the store today and she even talked me into a pair of shoes that are very comfortable. Maybe even more than my Santoni Oxfords. Can't say enough about her, go and see her soon.

    I typically purchased anything Louboutin at Nordstrom's. Then I discovered the Christian Louboutin boutique in Highland Park Village and Nicole, who is my go to Louboutin specialist. She texts me when new arrivals come in and she goes above and beyond for you, did I mention they have a great mens selection too? Go check it out and ask for Nicole!

    On a quick visit to Dallas made a quick stop at this location Alfonso took well care of me location was clean staff very friendly

    Iconic Store with and Iconic Past, Here today, but may be gone tomorrow…read more... This is an amazing store with amazing architecture, but sadly this store may be in the past very soon. Despite preservationists efforts to save the store, along with the Dallas City Council itself, it appears this store's days may be numbered. While staying at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, my friend and I decided to stop by this flagship store, especially knowing it's a legendary location and currently at risk of closing. My friend was interested in buying some shoes and a purse as she lives abroad and was doing a lot of shopping (time to rack up on InCircle points) but once we walked in and realized how quiet and silent the store was, we decided to just have a coffee and then proceed to another store later. While I understand that the building has undergone architectural changes over the years, the ground floor felt underwhelming in terms of interior design. On a quiet Tuesday afternoon, the store was practically empty. We decided to grab coffee downstairs at the Expresso Bar, but the atmosphere was a bit off. A security guard in a bulletproof vest, visibly armed, stared at me for a second, which was somewhat unsettling. He moved on, but it made the space feel more tense than welcoming. We were dressed nicely--my friend had on a Chanel top, I was wearing fancy Italian loafers....so it likely wasn't about our appearance. There's nothing signature "Neiman's" or luxurious about the Expresso Bar or its presentation. Two iced lattes and a cookie served at a counter in plastic cups came to $20 with tip, which felt pricey considering the overall experience. The only other people in the bar seemed to be employees on break. I've read wonderful things about the Zodiac restaurant upstairs and wish we had time to check it out. I truly hope this iconic store stays open, but it could definitely use some fresh energy and warmth to bring it back to life. Some good energizing or soothing shopping music (even a piano) could do wonders.
