We went here with a mission today. This area is a beautiful place, and it usually ends up taking our money one way or another. My wife has the shoes, now she wanted a bag with the signature red coloring. The staff there was pleasant, the lady helping us was more helpful once she learned we were not there just to look and touch, that's the perception I got anyway. The bag my wife originally wanted wasn't in stock for the color she was leaning towards, but the attendant pointed out a beautiful blue bag, very pretty, and it was decided she wanted that bag. The care they put into making this an experience is very nice. Making sure everything is good, placing the product in the special cloth labeled dust cover, placed in the box, wrapped in ribbon, placed in the carry bag which is actually a hefty bag, then the receipt goes into what looks like a Thank You note. I walked into Christian Louboutin excited to purchase my first pair of Louboutins. I was assisted by a sales associate named Maya. I normally wear a European size 37. During the fitting, Maya had me try sizes 37, 36.5, and ultimately recommended a size 36. I repeatedly told her that I normally wear a size 37 and had never purchased a size 36 shoe in my life. "Are you sure?" I asked. She assured me that the shoes would stretch with wear. As a first-time Christian Louboutin customer, I relied on her professional recommendation and purchased the size she selected. Although the shoes felt acceptable during the brief carpet try-on inside the boutique, the true fit became apparent only during ordinary walking after I left the store. Within about 15 minutes, my toes became numb and painful blisters began to form. I returned and explained that the size Maya recommended was causing numbness and blistering. I requested help because it was immediately apparent that the shoes were not wearable under normal conditions. Instead of reassessing the fit or discussing an exchange into a larger size, Maya informed me that because the shoes had touched outside pavement they could not be exchanged. She then directed me to a specific shoe repair shop across the street to have my brand-new shoes stretched. This is upsetting because customers can't realistically determine whether luxury heels fit properly by walking only a few steps on carpet. The fitting problem became apparent only during ordinary walking, which is how the shoes are intended to be worn. Many customers would have no practical way to evaluate the fit otherwise. Having just been told that an exchange was not possible, I followed the solution the boutique offered and went directly to the repair shop Maya recommended. I left the boutique crying after spending over $1,000 on my first pair of Louboutins and feeling that my concerns had not been meaningfully addressed. After returning home, I researched the 'Hot Chick' style and found that many owners report sizing up by half or even a full size because of its narrow toe box. I wish this had been discussed during my fitting, especially after I repeatedly explained that I had never worn a size 36 before. This experience was deeply disappointing because I trusted the boutique's expertise. I disclosed my normal size, questioned the recommendation to size down, relied on the assurance that the shoes would stretch, returned promptly after discovering the problem, and instead of receiving assistance with the fit, I was directed to alter a brand-new pair of shoes. I hope Christian Louboutin reviews its fitting process at this boutique so that future customers receive the level of guidance, care, and support that should accompany a luxury purchase. read more

I recently had the displeasure of experiencing the customer service at Christian Louboutin, and let me tell you, it was as disappointing as it was pretentious. I went in hoping to get some help with a shoe issue, but instead, I felt like I was bothering them by simply existing. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by acknowledging my presence. They were snooty, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. When I explained my issue, they barely made eye contact and offered a generic solution that did nothing to resolve the problem. It was clear they were more interested in maintaining an air of exclusivity than actually assisting a customer. Nicole Riviera and Alfonso are the two worst employees ever!!!! I've posted pictures below so you can see the ongoing timeline of bad customer service with these two, not to mention Nicole being a Karen and calling the cops on me during Father's Day weekend because I told her I was going to record her behavior and how she was treating me (snatching my receipt and CC out my hand) after I've already purchased multiple items. It's typical to weaponize the police against black people (IMO) like some kind of scare tactic. I even showed her an email from client services and she said that's not "them" and that a refund wasn't part of the deal, she denied me service and said client services doesn't call the shots for her store. Nicole most used word in our conversations was I've been working here for 8 years and "I can care less" I went back 8 years on her history of her working and NOTHING has changed with her current behavior/customer service. How does one stay employed this long disrespecting and mistreating customers? I am absolutely appalled by the disgraceful behavior of the manager, Nicole Riviera, at this location. My daughter came home deeply upset after an experience while shopping with her father that was nothing short of a nightmare. A exchange/refund had been pre-approved via email by Christian Louboutin's customer service, but Nicole Rivera outright refused to process it. Instead, she became aggressive, loud, and unprofessional--slamming merchandise and even snatching the receipt and credit card out of his hand. Despite his repeated, calm efforts to show her the email and request his refund, she escalated the situation further by threatening to call the police to remove them from the store. When he began recording her behavior for accountability, she became even more belligerent, shouting and creating an unnecessary scene. The repeated phrase, "I could care less," came across as an epitome of her apathy and disregard for customers. My daughter, only 17, has expressed how disrespected and shocked she felt by this employee's treatment. She was distraught and terrified upon the arrival of the police officers, as well as rightfully confused as they had not done anything to warrant such an exaggerated response. This experience was not only unprofessional but downright hostile. Nicole's behavior is egregious and unacceptable, especially as a representative of a luxury brand like Christian Louboutin. I strongly urge the company to reevaluate the personnel at this location. Her actions should serve as an example of what not to do in customer service and should be addressed promptly to prevent further tarnishing of the brand's reputation. Even my daughters, aged 17 and 5, display more maturity, respect, and human decency than this so-called "manager." It is deeply disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy in what should be a high-caliber retail environment. Well, I went there to try how a 120mm heels with a little platform would feel on my feet. I bought my first pair ot louboutin in 2022 in Singapore (85 mm), then I bought my second pair in the US via Neiman Marcus (100 mm). Both pair were quite uncomfortable, thus I stayed with Jimmy Choo instead. But this time, I thought I could try again since Louboutin now has Fannylove alta that has some platform. The store associate (the guy), I can't remember his name for sure, but if I am not mistaken Ayala, was nice at first, but when I explained that the size he recommended was hurting on of my feet, he started showing me attitude which was very uncalled for, his smile faded, saying "you can do whatever you want, I am telling you, that's too big for you." He repeated that at least 3 times. I believe more customer service training would be beneficial for him. He made me lose interest and decided to just walk away. They didn't have the wallet I went there to purchase, but he showed me one I loved even more. He even followed up with a text today to see if I was enjoying my new wallet. Like most of my reviews, I have a story that goes in to my review and this will be no different. A few years ago, I lost pretty much ALL of my collection of high end material items that I had purchased and collected while living in France when my husband and I were on a trip overseas and our home was destroyed. I had a pair of 'red bottoms' that is no longer made that was gifted to me. I treated the amazing things of beauty that they were..taking care of the lacquered bottom and the leopard leather impeccably. My heart sunk when they were ruined and our leather person stated there was no hope of bringing them back to life. I decided to finally replace those once loved , never to be worn again 'Loubi's' while on a recent engagement on a recent trip to Dallas. I also love Highland Park with its fab high end shopping. I was first surprised when I called to make an appointment prior to my trip to Dallas and the phone number was either wrong or ? I got a voice mail that was 'full' and stated it was the Nordstrom Christian Louboutin Boutique. If you went on the site to make an appointment all of the appointments stated 'unavailable'. That said, it sort of threw me off and needs to be updated at the least. My husband and I took a car from our hotel to this CL boutique. The usual red rope and security that exists at every high end luxury boutique met us; I do find this mildly annoying as I have always felt it's a marketing tool to show it's 'high brow' when there are 5 sales persons and 4 people in the boutique. It's also a turn off. Lining up a rope outside to show how many people are knocking down your door is a waste of time. But, it is a thing these places do for marketing and the rest of us are stupid, right? Hence the reason I tried to make an appointment on a line that didn't work, because I had a dinner meeting and meetings for the rest of the week. Do I have to line up at Neiman Marcus ? No. Do I have to line up at Saks? No. The guy outside made us line up and I told him I seriously had 4 min to wait and I would leave and head to Neiman's soon for the same shoe I knew was in stock. Boom, the door opened for us to enter. I was greeted by Alfonso and I had decided on beautiful 70mm Kate patent leather heel in black before flying to Dallas; I had tried them on in another city and debated between those and Miss Sab in the same height. Neither was in stock. I was so disappointed. My 3rd choice was the Duvette Spike heel in black. Again, out of stock. UGH! I was shown the 85mm Sporty Kate, despite the fact that I was told this was the 'Kate', I know Christian Louboutin and the silver emblem on the outside of the heel indicates it's the 'sporty' Kate. After trying on several pairs of heels and a pair of boots, my husband and I were finally offered water. This in itself was a bit humorous. It's snotty to say, but if you know , you know. If you are purchasing at most CL boutiques and definitely in Paris, you are offered champagne. Yes.You.Are. And Yes.You.Should.Be. Trust me when I say it's part of the buying experience and it's part of all that's happened with purchasing luxury items in the US. We were finally gratified with a still bottle of water. I purchased the 85mm Sporty Kate and possibly would have gotten the boots I tried and likely a cool bag but I found the customer service so lacking in this boutique that it bothered me to spend more of my money here. Next time I'll buy my red bottoms at home or when I travel to Paris for the full true French experience as the designer truly wanted it to be. I can say that, because I travel there at minimum once a year and lived in Paris for two years and know what the original CL boutique experience is like and sorry , this isn't it. I do love red bottoms but I did not love this boutique. Christian Louboutin shoes /heels/boots and all of their bags and items are beautiful there isn't a doubt. I knew what I wanted prior to stepping foot in this place and I only wish the buying experience was as beautiful as the heel! read more

Well... I had high hopes for this visit. First of all I came in to replace some shoes that had gotten damaged from a pipe freeze at my house. So when I walked in, they knew I was going to spend some money but there was one shoe I was interested in seeing a new color and they were like oh no that's from Nordstrom. I would think that the boutique would have a pretty good selection but when you look online, Nordstrom has some other options that are more interesting with the store being very limited and basic. I'm not sure why that would be because you're going directly to the store, however, nevertheless the sales associate started off OK friendly but she didn't take any cues from what I was looking to get. I told her that I needed lower shoes now that I had purchased in the past that I was thinking I would want sporty Kate in an 85 because I had pigalle 100 before. Every time I mentioned something she was like we don't have that. It wasn't like she was trying to suggest something to sell me. I was asking questions to compare the differences between them because obviously I don't know. I don't work there. She was short and impatient and just said it was up to me. When I was almost going to buy the sporty Kate somehow I got onto Kate. She was like we have lots of styles in 85. I'm like in my mind. Why didn't you say that when I was asking you?I was mainly wanting 85 height but instead of suggesting other styles, she was just ready to get the purchase over with and get me out of there. It was around lunchtime, so maybe she was due to be going to lunch and I was holding her up. I wasn't in there with a lot of people so it wasn't like anybody was knocking down their door to buy $800+ shoes. So I did check out she was like if you have any issues or want to come back here are the QR codes for the sales reps and I'm like well who are you? I thought maybe she was visiting and didn't actually work there. Then perhaps that was why she kind of had an attitude. Then I see her name kind of on the sheet as the store manager so then I said oh you're the store manager? So that's why I need to work with a sales rep. I wish I would've gotten one of the sales reps when I walked in as I think it would've been a better experience. I needed the shoes otherwise I would not have purchased from her. I actually had three I needed to replace, but she was not trying to be helpful. So I ordered a few different styles from Nordstrom after I purchased some Kate 85 there. I will not be returning to this store. Usually people are very nice and actually I found my visit to Highland Park Village to be one of the nicer times I've been visiting other stores. I had a guy sales after person several years ago. He was great. But now my overall impression is that the styles are limited and a lot of the items were not available in store. if I buy these shoes in the future, I will buy them from another store. read more

Sunday April 11th was our anniversary so I surprised my wife by taking her to a few shops including Louboutin in Dallas. She fell in love with so we ordered the shoes in the picture and only had the store order vs online so the salesperson would get the commission. I called a few days later to check up and it was ordered Monday April 12th to be sent to the store. Yesterday 11 days later I called back and spoke with Nicole who took charge of the situation. She is currently working on getting it to us today or Monday. Online dropped the ball it was ordered but never came in to Dallas or our thoughts, sold to another client. Early In those past 11 days my wife actually saw they ran out of her size online and she was very upset because we could have just ordered to the house. I do like having her try things at the store so any issues it's it's done right there. Good news was her size recently showed back up online (she checked every single day). I guess the new batch came in vs forever out of stock like the boots she wanted to order. I would normally give a 3 or a 4 star especially if we have to stand in long line to pick up when it does come in but Nicole came through. She even called me back right before closing yesterday just to tell me she didn't forget about me. That's outstanding service and I am very impressed with her actions. I truly hope you meet her on the days she works. UPDATE SATURDAY 4/24/2021 Nicole was at the store today and she even talked me into a pair of shoes that are very comfortable. I decided to treat myself for passing the Bar Exam with a gorgeous pair of shoes. I chose Louboutin. When I came in, the salesgirls were incredibly helpful and sweet. I had been leaning toward a pair of patent leather heels, but they advised me to go with the softer leather since they were my first pair of Loubs. Customer service was top notch, but the quality of the shoes I received was very upsetting. I have a collection of Loubs, so I know my size very well in this particular brand. My husband ordered me a new pair for my birthday, but I received a "brand new" pair of Anjalina pumps with a dent on the right shoe. After trying it on, I realized that they have been worn, and the person who wore them must've had a massive foot, because they stretched out the right shoe. For $900+, I was hoping to receive a shoe that was in excellent condition, that had no defects, and should fit snug on my foot. Again, the left shoe is snug, but the right shoe is not. Ladies, please make sure to check the bottom of shoes when you purchase here. I recently purchased a pair of beautiful ankle boots. When I opened the box at home, I noticed some very tiny almost unnoticeable scratches on the bottom of boots but I didn't care at all. However, I tried that boots again at home and felt very tight at the ankle area so I brought them back for return. They won't accept returns because of the tiny scratches someone before me made. I would give 0 stars if I could. This store was a HUGE disappointment! I was in Dallas TX to have spine surgery. After 4 days in the hospital and then a week at a hotel recovering, I was cleared by my doctor to go for an outing for 45 minutes. My friend staying with me did some research and found the mall at Highland Park which was about 5 miles from our hotel. She saw they had a Christian Louboutin store and I was never so excited. This was going to be my outing!!!!!! I was SO excited! We went to the mall and parked in front of the store. As we walked in the store, the first Salesperson who greeted us said "There's no photography in the store". No, welcome to CL, how can I help you!!!! We weren't even taking pictures, my friend had her cell phone in her hand! I picked out a pair of cute flats (drooled over the heels, but obviously cannot wear them yet after spine surgery!) and asked the Saleswoman if she had them in my size. With attitude, she said, "I'll go see". When she arrived back with the box, I proceeded to tell her I had just had spinal surgery and needed to sit on a high chair if possible. I went to the bench and sat down. She then proceeded to hand me a shoe. She didn't offer to help me put them on or buckle them. My friend that was with me got down on her knees and assisted me with the shoes. She did look up at the Saleswoman and said "I guess I'll do your job for you'! Really, really sad experience. I live near San Francisco, CA and the closest CL store to me is in LA. This was my first experience in a CL store and I can't tell you how disappointing it was. I went to CL to buy a pair of shoes for my birthday today. First of all, DSW has a better customer service than this store. I was greeted, but no one asked me if I needed help even after like 5 mins of me browsing. Thinking I'm wearing an invisible hat, I picked out a few pairs of shoes I wanted to try on and finally was somewhat acknowledged. Lady who said hi was too busy playing with someone else's dog for the whole time I was there and could use help. I get it, dogs must be more important than your clients. Her name is Nicole Riviera. She is so unprofessional, not at all personable and extremely dry. Stay away from her if you want a decent shopping experience!!!! Once she was finally done playing with the dog, I was able to catch her and ask her to bring me shoes to try on. There were a couple of other customers in the store who was offered champagne while they were trying the shoes on. I was offered nothing. Nevertheless, I tried several pairs and ordered two of them online, because the client service I received was beyond poor. I expected my sales girl to be at least a bit more personable and nice. Tucked away in the Highland Village shopping center sits the shoe boutique by famous shoe designer Christian Louboutin. One of only seven such boutiques in the United States, this exclusive little shop has quickly become one our favorites for its style, exclusive designs and overall charm. My wife and I made our way and were greeted by assistant manager, Mark Trevino. One of the first things you will notice (besides the amazing shoes) is the beautiful red carpet throughout the store. It's the exact same color as the bottom of the shoes and oozes elegance. The decor of the store is pleasant , however the store is smaller than I expected. There are only 3-4 seating areas for trying on shoes. As we looked around I quickly zoned in on the men's line, which according to Mark is new and moving as quickly as the women's line. Both my wife and I sat down and started pointing at different styles to try on. My wife, being a lover of Mr. Louboutin's shoes, found 6-7 different shoes which were quickly brought out from the back by Mark. Over all we spent almost an hour trying on different styles, walking around on the carpet to see how they felt and comparing the fit. . The staff attended to us as needed, allowing us to make decisions on our own without being too pushy. I ended up with a pair of men's spiked sneakers, while my wife walked out with three different styles of heels. Note: Christan Louboutin does not allow refunds, only an exchange or store credit, provided the shoes are in unworn condition, so be sure of your selection before you make your purchase. However the staff is very accommodating and will ensure customer satisfaction. This store does carry the "boutique exclusive" shoes from the Louboutin website and other styles not found in Niemans, Barney's or Nordstroms. They can also have shoes from other Christian Louboutin stores shipped in if they are out of stock. Mark has called on several occasions letting us know of new product and styles that have arrived. Definitely a plus to have a sales guy who knows what his customers like and want. This store is a must see for all fashionistas, shoe lovers, and anyone else who loves Louboutin shoes. Its also right down the sidewalk from Deno's Shoe repair where you can have your new Louboutin's treated to a Vibram sole to keep them scuff free and looking like new. I would never bring up race in a review but I'd like to say as a black woman my experiences here have been pleasant. The only reason I'm stating that is because another reviewer is claiming she was racially profiled. I'm not taking anything away from her if she was BUT having witnessed the treatment of other clients in the store all of the employees were pleasant to all patrons whether black, white, or blue. If you're used to shopping in Highland Park you would know that people are snooty as fuck and it comes with the territory. If you want them to warm up to you and not be as cold you can do either one or two things. 1. KNOW YOUR SHIT....show them that even though you've never seen me before I'm not the one to fuck with or 2. BECOME A LOYAL, REGULAR CUSTOMER. These people work off of commission time is money. I'm not sure why so many people had issues with this store and the employees there. I had a great experience. They have some very nice ladies that work there who helped me out tremendously. My reason: My wife's birthday is coming up, and I wanted her to have something fun as she would never purchase anything like this for herself. I wanted her birthday to be special, so I went in and purchased a Louboutin set for her. For a man who loves guns and the military, this is was way out there for me. If anything, it was a very awkward experience for me to come into a shoe store initially. BUT, the family jewels did not shrink, Thank God! My experience in the store: Its a very small boutique. No guns... No 350 engine parts... just SHOES.. I was immediately greeted by staff who was very friendly. I told them I had no clue about shoes, and that this was way out of my comfort zone. They took their time to ask me what the shoes were for, the type outfit she would be wearing, and if these would be her first set. Basically, I got a good education on picking out shoes for a woman and learned a lot from these ladies at the shop. I told them that I was not sure about the shoe size and was assured in the purchase that I had ten days to exchange if they did not fit or if they are not exactly what she wants. There is no refund/exchanges only, which is okay with me. It just means my wife can't return something she will love. ;) Customer Experience: When I got home, I found a very minor issue with the pair and emailed the store with pictures. I just wanted the shoe to be perfect for my wife. Whitney explained that these shoes are handmade so there may be some imperfection. She noted that they would be more then happy to exchange them out and wanted to know the model and size to make sure they had it before we came back in. That was absolutely fine with me. I was going to come in on her birthday anyways after she opened the present so that she can get fitted as I understand their shoes may be off with sizing?!?!?... I will add onto this review after my wife's birthday. :) Overall, I had a great experience from beginning to end, and my boys stayed in tack. Mission accomplished! I hope that anyone that visits the store has the same experience if not better. We don't accept returns or exchange for CL Online purchases. There was never an apology! Or sorry about this or that. Can we help with anything else? what is wrong with the shoes? The security Hispanic woman RUDE! I actually had to ask if it was to look around and see what else could I find. The sales guy RUDE and every other employee behave in a manner like they pull roses out of their "behinds" when they are in the powder room.... So funny to me how everyone is commenting on the unfriendly service. What're y'all coming in here to make friends? I've personally never experienced anything other than great service here and I've sat and watched the staff greet every single person who walks in, even if they have to pause our conversation to do so. This store has a really good selection of Louboutin's, particularly for women, and the location is convenient. I also really like the weekly emails they send me letting me know the new items they have in the shop so I don't have to come in aside from when they have something I specifically want to look at. My wife loves these shoes, and I like to buy them for her, but in general, I feel the service the company gives for what I would consider a premium brand could be better. Using UPS as a shipping partner for one, just says cheap. Also, when a customer asks to have the shoes delivered to the boutique, those instructions should be followed. A signature is required for their deliveries, so you are stuck at home on a Friday waiting for the shipper that is always late. read more

Awful service. I have been buying Louboutin for years, but have recently moved from New York to Dallas and I went into the store for the first time. The sales associates had zero customer service knowledge, we purchased two pairs of shoes but only because they weren't anywhere else in the area. I have never experienced such arrogance at any other store, I was hesitant to purchase one of the pairs due to the less than perfect condition and one of the women sales associates responded so rudely to my request of trying to locate a different pair. Additionally, my boyfriend was unsure about the size and as we inquired and asked for opinion they just stood there until I asked if they can help as if not their job to do so.
