When I went to front to collect my online order, they (this blonde girl) kept asking me to verify my identity even after showing them the email. (Why?) Okay, sure maybe it's their job to ask like 4 times. Maybe I'm reading into too much. Then after, I asked if I could go try on the clothes to make sure it was all fine. The lady rudely said "Yeah sure but I'm gonna mark it as picked up so if something doesn't work you're gonna have to just to a return." with a rude undertone and didn't even show me where the fitting rooms were, I had no clue I just wandered around looking for it. She also seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes at me. Like sorry I want to make sure the stuff I get actually fits before leaving? At other AE stores, they typically let me try it on then if everything's okay, they'll mark it as picked up. And they're actually nice about it!!! Even if this is right way to do it and the other stores have been doing it wrong, there's no need to be rude. The shorts I tried on were too big so I went to return them, when I got out of the changing room, all the employees left and I stood at the check out line for like 10 minutes before looking for someone. I get if you're having a rough day but don't take it out on people just trying to go about their lives, please. There's no need to ruin others days too.

Joseph came to us as we were looking around and asking about getting established for the more hard to get items. This is when the experience got really cool, as he took us upstairs. It felt like it was a special place that many others may not know about or get to see. Lot's of nice high end items and bags. Tho the bags that require waiting lists, they only have "samples" hiding in the back. Joseph got out the Kelly and the Birkin. Of all of the bags that my wife was looking at today at this Beverly Hills in Dallas, I liked these the most, as the bags were elegant but didn't have any crazy emblems or some outstanding signature item that screams "look at me" when you walk around with it. It's a bag for a personal decision, the personal knowledge of knowing you have the best without showcasing or trying to be a stand out. Joseph was so helpful, so friendly, and very attentive to my wife and what she was eyeballing. He offered to show her anything she took an interest in, it didn't matter what it was. She now has his number to message and send pics of any items she finds so that he can try and locate it. He was with her from the time we walked in to the time we left. We didn't buy anything this day, tho he was very helpful in explaining that if she sees a bag, they a put her name on it when it shows up. Those that don't know, these are hand made and high end. I think animal cruelty people might have a problem with it too but specifically how so many of my pictures get pulled down which are of business products or are taken inside a business, whereas these which don't really showcase anything that this Gucci had on sale whatsoever - not a single item I don't think - and were taken of models who have never been in this particular Gucci store, probably thousands of miles away from this Gucci store. However you can order online, as this location is meh. With the move & everything I haven't had a chance to wear my new Brixton Babies yet. Who knew that he'd have his own clothing store…read more Designed and based on Travolta's Urban Cowboy get up (literally, get up, this floor is dirty, dude), this is a top notch store with high end prices. Urban Outfitters is a very cool store and always has been and sells a lot of street clothes and hip clothes and trendy clothes at decent, mid, higher than mid, or flat out high prices - depending on how you look at it - to the cool kids basically. And to their parents lol. It's a young people store and you will find that for yourself when you browse around like we did. Not always the friendliest but good product selection at this location and usually pretty busy.

Plenty of restaurant and beverage shops around as well. It's a 2- story store with great natural light on a sunny day. We lucked up on a good sale too and able to get men polo shirts and khaki shorts for a steal. There's a beauty section, which I had no clue Old Navy had lotion and body wash line. I was able to get a free full size lotion based on my purchase total. The cashier helped facilitate using the discount on the spot and transaction total reward.

For some reason, the employees here have the hardest time comprehending this and allowing me to do so. It's a little odd. Then in the dressing room, I had a pair of jeans I needed another size. I knew where I got it from and told the dressing room attendee. She said she would get my size for me. I know there's other sizes because I came from the rack shortly after trying my clothes. She came back saying there were no sizes left but when I left (after trying all my items), I found the entire rack with plenty sizes left and came back. She looked astonished and pissed off. On top of other micro-aggressions while shopping, this recent visit disappointed me to say the least and I won't be coming back here again.
