I've been coming here for years. The shoes are all so inexpensive that it's hard to believe they will last you for awhile but they do. I've purchased heels for the past several years and my shoes and heels last me a minimum of 3 years . If you have not been here before try to come on Thursdays when they get their trucks and new shipment and if at all possible avoid the weekends unless you feel like waiting in a long line. Im from the west coast and have been looking for a store like this since I moved to Dallas! I found Shu deal on TikTok and had to come check it out, it's all the fashion girlies are talking about! This reminds me of Santee Alley in downtown LA. If I could I would've left with the entire store, but I was being good and only got 2 purses, 2 pairs of shoes, and a cute pearl body jewelry piece that I'm obsessed with! The prices are great value! You can get a whole outfit for the night here for under $60-$75 dollars. The service was decent, however I wish I was told beforehand that there was an extra 3% charge to use credit cards, otherwise I would've paid cash or debit, I had to take a star off because I wasn't made aware of that! read more

Cute shoes - super affordable. It's actually pretty well organized and I can tell they get new shipments often because I went in the middle of the day and it was packed with women carrying multiple pairs of shoes! I found me some cute boots for fall, a pair of work flats & a cute pair of strappy pumps for a night out. So literally a bit of everything. Great little stop for a quick retail moment. Great spot to find trendy shoes! Beware that it can be a hit or miss- some shoes have lasted me years and taken on dancing, running, stair climbing! While others were good for a couple of wears and then started falling apart. But you can't complain for the great price. So I visited Shu Deals based upon a friend referring me to a place with in style shoes at a cheap price. Upon pulling up to Shu Deals, I started to 2nd guess even walking in due to it looking quite sketchy & the individuals walking in made me wonder if I wanted to even shop there. Anyhow I figured why not I need some nice stepping out shoes. The selection of shoes is HUGE!!! I wanted to buy so many but I allowed myself to only buy one pair. There was also a nice little boutique inside but I didn't necessarily come in for clothes. Now comes the reason why I did not give them 5 stars, their customer service is HORRIBLE. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help with anything they just sat at the front & talked amongst themselves. When I approached the counter they completely ignored me, which was quite disrespectful. The older lady with glasses finally told me the total, swiped my card then said sign & take the bottom copy. That's it ! No thank you for coming in, did you find everything alright, NOTHING! Based upon that demeanor, I would only come back if I need a quick pair of shoes other than that I doubt I'll be back. read more

As a Shu Deal customer, I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! When you first enter the store, you get great customer service and everything you see, touch, try on and buy is worth it. They have beautiful glasses and is now adding purses! I was in need for black heels for an upcoming fashion show. A friend had suggested Shu Deal to me but I hadn't made it to the store. So finally I had enough time to go into the store and my eyes turned to HEARTS! Was this heaven? I was so ashamed to call myself a shoe lover but HAD never stepped foot in a Shu Deal location. First time going, I found exactly what I was looking for. I went on NYE, so it was a little chaotic, lots of customers, I assume doing last minute shopping, just as I was. It was a little overwhelming, so many shoes to choose from, place was in disarray, but again, I believe it was just the timing of my visit. The staff at checkout was pleasant. I've been coming to this location for years, Never have I ever experience HORRIBLE customer service to this power!! The online ours claim they close at 530 on Sundays. So in a state of confusion I called the store and got a young lady who said they stop letting people in at 520 I called at 450 and I was 11 mins away from the store which put me there at 512-513 enough time to get in.. I get there and the door was locked at 513... I knocked and said I called and was told y'all close at 530 but stop letting people in at 520 .. I asked for manager and this YOUNG, GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL girl comes to the door running her mouth and over talking me and getting loud after I told her I was sure I spoke to her over the phone and she was the one who quoted the hours of operation . She then rudely dismissed me. I'm (A regular customer here btw and I also have With a business account with this place. She told me I need to calm down when she came to the door on 10. Please go online and make your hours of operation CLEAR. Also please get the unprofessional manager off the face of your store!! She has very poor customer service skills. read more

OMG! Where to even start! I shop mainly at the Redbird location where they have good customer service and gorgeous shoes! All of the trendy shoes are great quality and at an affordable price! I don't know how I found this store but I'm so glad I did. First look you may be hesitant but this place is a gold mine the shoes are SO bomb. The employees are so nice and welcoming which goes a long way with me! Every time I go, I leave with at least 3-4 pair of shoes. Prices are steals, literally! And the shoes are amazing quality and every pair I've ever bought have been super comfortable. I get so many compliments on my shoes. I've never had a bad experience. Every time I go it's always crowded so that speaks for itself! This place is a real hidden gem and they have 6 locations in the DFW area so there's plenty of bomb shoes to go around. I am a frequent shopper at Shu Deal and when I tell you there's no other shoe store like it, I mean that! I love it so much is because they have all the cute Instagram shoes at a reasonable price. EMPHASIZE ON REASONABLE!!! I know they get shipments weekly, so I'm always in there trying to see what I can buy. I also love the fact that the LBJ location is not only down the street from my house, but across the street from the Galleria. So I can go to the mall, purchase an outfit and then head to Shu Deal and find some shoes to match. Ugh, its like a match mate in heaven!! read more

While staying at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, my friend and I decided to stop by this flagship store, especially knowing it's a legendary location and currently at risk of closing. My friend was interested in buying some shoes and a purse as she lives abroad and was doing a lot of shopping (time to rack up on InCircle points) but once we walked in and realized how quiet and silent the store was, we decided to just have a coffee and then proceed to another store later. While I understand that the building has undergone architectural changes over the years, the ground floor felt underwhelming in terms of interior design. On a quiet Tuesday afternoon, the store was practically empty. We decided to grab coffee downstairs at the Expresso Bar, but the atmosphere was a bit off. A security guard in a bulletproof vest, visibly armed, stared at me for a second, which was somewhat unsettling. He moved on, but it made the space feel more tense than welcoming. We were dressed nicely--my friend had on a Chanel top, I was wearing fancy Italian loafers....so it likely wasn't about our appearance. There's nothing signature "Neiman's" or luxurious about the Expresso Bar or its presentation. Two iced lattes and a cookie served at a counter in plastic cups came to $20 with tip, which felt pricey considering the overall experience. The only other people in the bar seemed to be employees on break. I've read wonderful things about the Zodiac restaurant upstairs and wish we had time to check it out. I truly hope this iconic store stays open, but it could definitely use some fresh energy and warmth to bring it back to life. Some good energizing or soothing shopping music (even a piano) could do wonders.
