I just tried to arrange to have one of two pairs re-heeled, but I was informed that I would be charged for ANY work performed on the shoes. I had purchased Allen Edmonds dress shoes before 2022 in another city with same free lifetime repair guarantee, but I've not had to send any purchases for repairs until now. I was able to get in and out in less then twenty minutes. They can scan the shoes and tell you whether or not they have your size in stock. The service here was great and the store is well lit and very clean. The major difference with a house of hoops store is they often carry a larger variety of colorways that many other stores just don't seem to have. They also have tons of accessories if that's your type of thing. You can always find those hard to find exclusive releases here and they have a points based card also. Once you spend over certain amounts they will mail you coupons to save on your future purchases.

We also went in today. The only thing I don't really like is the WALL. The concept is cool but juggling a phone to take a pic of the bar code and not being able to reach the shoes higher up. Not a fun way to shop honestly. I had my 6'2 teen with me but still had to have him scan because my hands were full. You need 2 hands to scan. I get the niche coolness of the scan but not realistic. As far as the selection, actually really good! They had Jordans of all, Yeezys a lot and multiples of and great T's! They also have a rare glassed in section that's just fun to look at. We'll be back because the selection will change.
