The best experience with Dr. Paquet & team! I injured the right side of my nose while playing with my dog (embarrassing). Urgent Care confirmed it was fractured, with a deviated septum and slight (but obvious to me) deformation. After much research, I called their front office - knowing this was a timely matter they got me in the same week. After the consultation, Dr Paquet recommended a Closed Nasal Reduction to pop the bone back out and scheduled me for surgery the next week to ensure it would be done within 14 days. This was my first surgery, so I was very nervous but his team was warm and tender throughout the entire experience. Cece & Sarah were my nurses - they really took the time to make sure I was okay and checked on me frequently while I waited. Dr Paquet (Anesthesiologist) came in with a smile and made sure all my questions were answered and calmed my fears. Tasha and Jeffrey prepped me and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. And last but not least, Dr Paquet (Surgeon) made sure I was ready to roll and then had me out in 16 minutes! It's now one week later and I couldn't be happier. I scheduled an appointment at the clinic and arrived on time after a 45-minute drive from another city during rush hour. When I arrived, I was shocked when the receptionist told me that I would not be seen because I had not arrived 30 minutes before my appointment to fill out information on a tablet. I asked again and explained that I had driven a long distance and that I could complete the paperwork quickly since there is not much to fill out. Nothing helped. I was repeatedly refused, with the only explanation being that the doctor was busy. She was telling me this during the time of the appointment itself when he need to be busy taking with me! All that without a single sign of empathy, only a dismissive and arrogant attitude. I had the best experience with Dr Paquet and his patient coordinator, Brincia. I work in the medical field and have a friend who is a clinician for another ENT but she recommended Dr Paquet over all others in the valley. I had a deviated septum that was affecting my breathing and my sleep but also wanted to have some minor cosmetic fixes and am absolutely amazed at the result. I told Dr Paquet I didn't want the result to be too noticeable; he did such a great job that my husband could barely tell. I can tell of course, but I still look like me. When I went in to the surgery center they were so kind - and my anesthesiologist was amazing. Surgery went very smooth. When I left the center I had about 48 hrs of discomfort and couldn't do much, but on day 3 I was out of bed doing a few things for myself and no longer needed pain meds, only OTC. I never had dark bruising!! Only a little yellow appeared on day 4 through 6. On day 7 I was getting antsy to leave the house, all bruising gone, and on day 8 I had the splint removed and immediately loved the look which has only gotten better with time. My neighbors came over the night I had my splint off and did not notice, they were amazed I had surgery only the week before when I told them. INCREDIBLE NOSE DOCTOR - For those of you who can't be bothered to read my whole review here's the short of it; if you want to get a nose job you will find no one better than Dr. Christian Paquet. For those of you that like to do a little more research into the person that will be skinning the nose off and putting you back together again here's my story. You might take away a couple of tips as well. I would recommend conducting some self-reflection before booking a consultation cause I guarantee Dr. Paquet will be able to point out faults with your nose that you never knew you had and you'll never be able to unseen them. So now that you're sure - it actually feels nice to have someone tell you that yes your nose is messed up and he can fix it. Like many health professionals, Dr. Paquet is a big advocate of straight-talk. Don't expect to have any small talk beyond, "how are you today?" Time is money in this industry and if that upsets you - see a Psychiatrist. That being said, Dr. Paquet has been doing this long enough that he has come up with a very streamlined way to explain the Rhinoplasty process in layman's terms. Just make sure to write down any questions you have beforehand so you can get them all answered while you're sitting in front of him. It's way easier than remembering something you forgot to ask on the drive home. I had both Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty at the same time which helped me save a lot of money in surgery room/anesthesia cost. I'd recommend it! One thing to note is the billing can be a little confusing. You'll be paying Dr. Paquet, the hospital, and the anesthesiologist all separately. Making a little spreadsheet helped me keep track. DON'T WATCH VIDEOS OF THE PROCEDURE BEFORE YOURS! It is intense and will stress you out more before surgery. Surgery day all you gotta do is show up, pay the hospital, and put on a dress. Wear button-up clothes to avoid hitting your nose while getting dressed in a drugged stupor. Dr. Paquet was very thoughtful with taking time pre-op to sit down and answer questions. It helped put me at ease. I would take off work for at least a week, not so much for the pain but the drugs make doing anything productive feel like swimming through JELLO. Follow their directions on diet and care. Keep sodium intake as low as possible. In a week you get the nose cast off and see your new nose for the first time. Now, this is what I was most nervous about because I saw a statistic that men have a 56% satisfaction rate post surgery. What if I didn't like it? I'm happy to report that it looks amazing! IF YOU ARE A MAN WANTING RHINOPLASTY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. PAQUET! I'm 100% satisfied with how my nose turned out! Beyond the new look, I can also breathe so much better. I've made 5 good decisions in my life and this is one! You won't regret getting a nose job from Dr. Paquet. The mans a freaking god when it comes to cutting up noses. He did a great job correcting my deviated septum, but I also asked and paid for a smaller nose. Instead he removed a small bump that had not bothered me at all and he made my nose more symmetrical - nice but again was not my main concern. He did not do anything to make my nose even a little smaller. It is still huge and at 10 months post op, it appears to be more bulbous as well. I now have to find a new surgeon who can actually perform the surgery, take more time off from work for recovery and pay out more money for something that should have been done the first time. read more

My daughter had a recent rhinoplasty with Dr. Paquet and we are so happy with the results. Truthfully, I never thought I would consider this for my teenager, but she was self conscious about her nose. It was definitely too wide and large for her face, and had a little bump on top. The day we met with Dr. Paquet, they told us to go home and think about it. We called the very next day and got on their surgery calendar! Dr. Paquet is amazing and I cannot thank him enough for all he did. About two months ago, I fell and landed on my nose. Ultimately, i discovered by septum was deviated over 80%, making it difficult to breath, and my nasal bone was shattered. Only a few hours after the accident, Dr. Paquet had made room in his schedule to see me. He guided me through the initial swelling and bruises, and ultimately completed a restorative surgery one week later. He is extremely patient, answering all of my questions, and has a great bedside manner. I had surgery during COVID-19, which meant I couldn't have anyone with me for the surgery.
