At the time, I was an uneducated teenager who didn't research surgeons. I ended up with implants that were too large and that I hated almost immediately. After 21 years, two children, and ongoing physical discomfort from the weight of the implants, I was ready to explant. Explant can be intimidating, as you're unsure about how much tissue you'll have left or what the results will be. For me, the added complexity of skin grafts and asymmetry made it even more daunting. He changed offices by this time, and the professionalism at that office, was not brought over to the new one. There is an almost flippant attitude in the new office that is kinda scary considering ppl are having surgery. But, since I liked him and my experience removing them was good, I used him again. Removing implants is much simpler than putting back. I also got some lipo on my tummy. Another surgeon discouraged me from doing that, he said the skin won't shrink back. Dr Craft didn't think it would be an issue, but it was. That is still an issue ,I need repaired, my stomach looked better before the surgery. After he put the implants back, the breast that had the ruptured implant, didn't heal correctly, as not all the scar tissue was removed. So I had to wait another 6 months for a surgery to correct this......................................................................... Unfortunately that surgery was a disaster! I was bruised from my breast to my hips, with a bruise that lasted 6 months! I also now have a small puckered scar above the incision. More concerning is that, the newly redone implant did not stay in the pocket, and slid out in the corner. 2 dif Radiologists in a breast clinic examined me, and both were concerned about my safety bc of this. I told Dr Craft what they said, his response was, "It's still in the pocket, I used an under/over method that they probably weren't familiar with". It was a clinic in Newport Beach that did nothing but breast exams, so I'm quite sure, there was no method they hadn't seen......................................................................................... I wanted to believe him over them bc, I didn't want ANOTHER surgery, but I KNEW by how awful it felt, it wasn't in the pocket. I started wearing very tight (too small) compression bras 24/7, and the implant seemed to go back in the pocket temporarily. I told him the really tight compression bra moved the implant back in the pocket. His response was, "Well if it comes out again, you can use the compression bra again"! I was dumbfounded. I thought he was just wrong about the implant not being in the pocket. Then I knew, he did know it wasn't, and was lying................................................................................................... I lost ALL respect for him after that. I haven't been able to have surgery AGAIN yet to fix it bc of health issues with loved ones. Now I need to fix it ASAP, bc it's very, very painful. I'm so sick of wearing compression bras 24/7! I've had to do this for the last 3 yrs. I wouldn't go to Dr Craft for any surgical procedure. Being able to admit you made a mistake, that you don't have the ability to fix it, is necessary in cosmetic work or any surgery.

Over the past year, I've had four surgeries -- three of them revisions to fix problems from the original procedure. I was promised a small, six-inch scar and a flat stomach, but instead, I'm left with a scar that runs from hip to hip, noticeable asymmetry, and ongoing issues like failed internal sutures, a lumpy scar, and a persistent bulge. What's been hardest is the lack of clear communication. I often felt in the dark about what was happening, and there seemed to be a disconnect between the doctor and his staff. I was told certain things would be done, only to find they weren't -- leaving me confused and discouraged after each surgery. This entire process has taken a huge emotional toll, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I truly wish I had chosen a different practice.

Urgent Care confirmed it was fractured, with a deviated septum and slight (but obvious to me) deformation. After much research, I called their front office - knowing this was a timely matter they got me in the same week. After the consultation, Dr Paquet recommended a Closed Nasal Reduction to pop the bone back out and scheduled me for surgery the next week to ensure it would be done within 14 days. This was my first surgery, so I was very nervous but his team was warm and tender throughout the entire experience. Cece & Sarah were my nurses - they really took the time to make sure I was okay and checked on me frequently while I waited. Dr Paquet (Anesthesiologist) came in with a smile and made sure all my questions were answered and calmed my fears. Tasha and Jeffrey prepped me and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. And last but not least, Dr Paquet (Surgeon) made sure I was ready to roll and then had me out in 16 minutes! It's now one week later and I couldn't be happier. My nose is exactly how it was before. 11/10 experience!

I was repeatedly refused, with the only explanation being that the doctor was busy. She was telling me this during the time of the appointment itself when he need to be busy taking with me! All that without a single sign of empathy, only a dismissive and arrogant attitude. Regardless of how good Dr. Paquet may or may not be (I honestly don't even know), no one deserves to be treated with such disrespect and disregard.

The number of complications I have experienced, the significant amount of money I have had to pay, and the ongoing medical expenses I continue to incur have left me regretting my decision to undergo reconstruction every single day. I made the decision to pursue reconstruction approximately 10 years after my cancer diagnosis, believing it was the right choice for me. Unfortunately, I now deeply regret that decision and often wish I had never made it. My experience with this office has been extremely disappointing. I have encountered repeated issues with availability, communication, compassion, and empathy. Today's experience was particularly unacceptable. I waited more than an hour for a postoperative appointment while having an open wound that, from my perspective, has not received the level of attention or concern I believe it requires. I can visibly see tissue within the wound, yet I have felt as though my concerns have been minimized. At my first postoperative appointment, I was seen by a different surgeon who simply advised me to wash the area with soap and water and stated that it was fine. However, the incision was completely open. Given the circumstances, I found that response extremely concerning and dismissive. During my second postoperative appointment, I was left waiting in an examination room for more than 55 minutes without anyone coming in to provide an update. I eventually had to ask what was happening, at which point I was told that the doctor was busy with another patient. If the doctor was running significantly behind schedule, I believe I should have been informed before waiting for nearly an hour. After one hour and 20 minutes, I decided it was best for me to leave without being seen as I also have duties and responsibilities to attend to. I understand that medical emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise, and I recognize that physicians may occasionally run behind. However, basic communication and consideration for a patient's time and concerns should still be provided. If I treated a client this way in my own professional life, I would expect there to be consequences. As a patient, however, I feel as though I am left with very few options and very little recourse. I am extremely disappointed by the care and communication I have received throughout this process. After nearly two years of complications, additional expenses, and emotional distress, I expect my concerns to be taken seriously and addressed with the appropriate level of care, professionalism, communication, and empathy.

Dr Natasha takes the time to answer questions and address concerns. She is kind and has a sense of humor. The lab is amazing. The phlebotomist does the most painless blood draws I've ever experienced and results come back quickly. Dr Natasha also explains lab results through the messaging app which is much faster and more pleasant than other offices that take a "no news is good news approach." Also, the app is great. I've used it a couple of times and it has saved me some visits to urgent care.
