I had a deviated septum that was affecting my breathing and my sleep but also wanted to have some minor cosmetic fixes and am absolutely amazed at the result. I told Dr Paquet I didn't want the result to be too noticeable; he did such a great job that my husband could barely tell. I can tell of course, but I still look like me. When I went in to the surgery center they were so kind - and my anesthesiologist was amazing. Surgery went very smooth. When I left the center I had about 48 hrs of discomfort and couldn't do much, but on day 3 I was out of bed doing a few things for myself and no longer needed pain meds, only OTC. I never had dark bruising!! Only a little yellow appeared on day 4 through 6. On day 7 I was getting antsy to leave the house, all bruising gone, and on day 8 I had the splint removed and immediately loved the look which has only gotten better with time. My neighbors came over the night I had my splint off and did not notice, they were amazed I had surgery only the week before when I told them. I'm now a month out and I am breathing better, sleeping better, and so happy with the look of my nose. I am so glad I did this and so happy I went with Dr Paquet.

When I arrived, I was shocked when the receptionist told me that I would not be seen because I had not arrived 30 minutes before my appointment to fill out information on a tablet. I asked again and explained that I had driven a long distance and that I could complete the paperwork quickly since there is not much to fill out. Nothing helped. I was repeatedly refused, with the only explanation being that the doctor was busy. She was telling me this during the time of the appointment itself when he need to be busy taking with me! All that without a single sign of empathy, only a dismissive and arrogant attitude. Regardless of how good Dr. Paquet may or may not be (I honestly don't even know), no one deserves to be treated with such disrespect and disregard.

I started with braces and Dr. Day helped by extracting 4teeth with almost no discomfort at all. After the Ortho process Dr. Reed Day worked his magic with the final step of jaw surgery to align the bite. Before they wheeled me away to the operating room Dr. Day and Danielle stopped by to greet me with a gift card for ice cream to sweeten my recovery. How kind is that! Now I have my braces off, my jaw is well healed, I no longer snore, I sleep well. I can enjoy biting and chewing like never before. My life has changed 100% for the better and I have Dr. Reed Day to thank! I'm honored to highly recommend this skilled oral surgeon and his professional staff.

I had already sent two portal messages saying we were on our way. The receptionist, Kenya, was rude and unprofessional, and kept shifting blame instead of taking responsibility for the office not having the provider in that we were scheduled to see. Completely disorganized and disrespectful. We have been patients for 4 years, but after today disaster, we will NOT be going back.

I have been interested in facial/skin care for a while now, and it was about time I started looking into ways to improve my routine. The moment I walked in, I was greeted almost immediately. I noticed that the front waiting room, despite being more of doctor's office, felt more like a spa than anything else. My appointment was started promptly, where they explained fully the facial I was about to receive, and what would be following it. Sheena, my aesthetician for the day, and she was fantastic. She was quite exuberant, and was so pleasant to interact with. She also explained each step of my facial, which product she was using, and how each one works. I will say the there is a portion of extraction, while a bit uncomfortable, was definitely necessary. After the treatment was done, my face felt so fresh, light, & light, and also had such a glow to it. Following the treatment, I spoke with Shea who also explained a little further in detail about different methods/treatments for continued care. I was then taken to a room to get a Visia Skin Analysis, which shows variations in the skin, any particular areas of opportunity, and ways to prevent certain forms of damage. Overall, my experience was great. There was so much ease in talking with the staff, especially if there was anything I was interested in, they listened and then elaborated in detail. I appreciate them so much for their time, their work, and showing me a great experience for my first time. I intend to look further into future treatments and how they can help me looking younger, longer!

He changed offices by this time, and the professionalism at that office, was not brought over to the new one. There is an almost flippant attitude in the new office that is kinda scary considering ppl are having surgery. But, since I liked him and my experience removing them was good, I used him again. Removing implants is much simpler than putting back. I also got some lipo on my tummy. Another surgeon discouraged me from doing that, he said the skin won't shrink back. Dr Craft didn't think it would be an issue, but it was. That is still an issue ,I need repaired, my stomach looked better before the surgery. After he put the implants back, the breast that had the ruptured implant, didn't heal correctly, as not all the scar tissue was removed. So I had to wait another 6 months for a surgery to correct this......................................................................... Unfortunately that surgery was a disaster! I was bruised from my breast to my hips, with a bruise that lasted 6 months! I also now have a small puckered scar above the incision. More concerning is that, the newly redone implant did not stay in the pocket, and slid out in the corner. 2 dif Radiologists in a breast clinic examined me, and both were concerned about my safety bc of this. I told Dr Craft what they said, his response was, "It's still in the pocket, I used an under/over method that they probably weren't familiar with". It was a clinic in Newport Beach that did nothing but breast exams, so I'm quite sure, there was no method they hadn't seen......................................................................................... I wanted to believe him over them bc, I didn't want ANOTHER surgery, but I KNEW by how awful it felt, it wasn't in the pocket. I started wearing very tight (too small) compression bras 24/7, and the implant seemed to go back in the pocket temporarily. I told him the really tight compression bra moved the implant back in the pocket. His response was, "Well if it comes out again, you can use the compression bra again"! I was dumbfounded. I thought he was just wrong about the implant not being in the pocket. Then I knew, he did know it wasn't, and was lying................................................................................................... I lost ALL respect for him after that. I haven't been able to have surgery AGAIN yet to fix it bc of health issues with loved ones. Now I need to fix it ASAP, bc it's very, very painful. I'm so sick of wearing compression bras 24/7! I've had to do this for the last 3 yrs. I wouldn't go to Dr Craft for any surgical procedure. Being able to admit you made a mistake, that you don't have the ability to fix it, is necessary in cosmetic work or any surgery.

Overpromises and underdelivers. My experience at Craft MD…read morehas been deeply disappointing and emotionally exhausting. Over the past year, I've had four surgeries -- three of them revisions to fix problems from the original procedure. I was promised a small, six-inch scar and a flat stomach, but instead, I'm left with a scar that runs from hip to hip, noticeable asymmetry, and ongoing issues like failed internal sutures, a lumpy scar, and a persistent bulge. What's been hardest is the lack of clear communication. I often felt in the dark about what was happening, and there seemed to be a disconnect between the doctor and his staff. I was told certain things would be done, only to find they weren't -- leaving me confused and discouraged after each surgery. This entire process has taken a huge emotional toll, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I truly wish I had chosen a different practice.

At the time, I was an uneducated teenager who didn't research surgeons. I ended up with implants that were too large and that I hated almost immediately. After 21 years, two children, and ongoing physical discomfort from the weight of the implants, I was ready to explant. Explant can be intimidating, as you're unsure about how much tissue you'll have left or what the results will be. For me, the added complexity of skin grafts and asymmetry made it even more daunting. I knew I needed to find the best surgeon possible to ensure I was happy with my results and that this would be my last breast surgery. I spent years researching surgeons, and although I always knew Dr. Robert Cohen was my top choice, I consulted with a few others. One surgeon warned that my skin grafts could result in severe asymmetry, and that the graft could even die. In contrast, Dr. Cohen's consultation was reassuring. He simply asked if my grafts were soft and pliable, and when I confirmed, he confidently stated that he could achieve the results I desired. His expertise and confidence gave me complete trust in my decision. Choosing Dr. Cohen was easy. I had followed his work for years and knew he was highly skilled, with a consistent track record of excellent outcomes. I trusted him to deliver the best results, and choosing him eliminated any stress or worry I had about my aesthetic outcome. Dr. Cohen was professional, confident, and direct. Two months before surgery, he drained my saline implants in a quick, painless procedure that gave me time to adjust to a smaller chest and get excited for the breast lift. Immediately after surgery, I was thrilled with the results. My breasts were round, perky, and natural-looking, with well-placed incisions that blended seamlessly with the curves of my body. Recovery was smooth, with minimal pain and no drains (unlike most explant patients). I had no complications, minimal bruising, and received excellent care and follow up from the nurses. The anesthesiologist, also Dr. Cohen, took the time to reassure me before surgery, which made me feel much more at ease. I'm grateful for his kindness. Dr. Cohen's staff was incredibly helpful and supportive, answering all my questions and guiding me every step of the way (special thanks to Laura). I feel lighter, look thinner, and my clothes fit better than ever. My breasts are fuller and more beautiful than I imagined--several friends have even commented that they look like smaller implants. Dr. Cohen is truly an artist, and I'm beyond happy with my results. My husband agrees, saying it was "money well spent!" Choose Dr. Cohen--you won't be disappointed.
