Took my '87 Dodge Aries there and I've been going there ever since. Not the best place (sometimes) for finding one specific tire- but if you are clear what you are looking for, and know your price range, you will get a good tire. And if you are flexible, you may just get a GREAT deal. Once I even took a slightly different size (did the math and it was a less than 3/8" width difference) and bought some EXCELLENT Goodyear Eagles. Yesterday, for my daughters car I wanted something with more traction than they showed me first. I spoke up- and we went back out and picked some really nice GoodYear Vivas. No one was irritated and everyone was pleasant. THAT is worth the trip. And FREE MOUNTING AND BALANCING is a HUGE reason to shop at TireLand USA. My daughter and grand daughter are driving around with a set of solid tires that didn't break the bank. THANKS TireLand USA! OH- And I got there at 9 and was done by 10! read more

Apparently these folks close around 3:30-3:40. I spoke with someone on the phone around 3:20, and confirmed with him that I would be there in 20 minutes as I had just gotten out of work. He was all about it. So I drove 20 miles there, showing up at 3:40, only to wait at the unattended front desk for five minutes. Then finally a lady comes out at 3:45 only to say they are closed (also saying they close at 4) and that everything is locked up? So they must have began locking things up around 3:30 Im assuming? I looked at my watch and back at her, even told her my confirmation with the salesman. She didn't seem to care. Seems to be a place not too concerned about keeping business and a reputation. Like who locks up (roughly) a whole half hour before official close? Do they not realize their sales base works as well? read more

This place is a joke. I call in order 4 tires would studs, they tell me it'll take a few hours, they'll call me back when they're done I let 23 days go by, I call them the person at the front desk says they'll pass it on nothing. They can do I keep calling, they say they'll pass it on nothing they can do. After 6 days of waiting for my tires, I had to call and cancel them on my credit card.\n These people must be so busy. They don't need anymore new customers.\n I would recommend going somewhere, even if they're a little more expensive. These people will not back up anything they do. October 9th...I called to inquire on ice & snow tires for 2 cars....speaking w/"Al"...whom I expect is the owner of this business. He spoke enthusiastically about the Toyo "Observe GS--6" tires, detailing all the features of these tires, noting they install these tires on all the police/emergency & local news vehicles, as they require the best traction tires. It was an impressive "pitch". I decided to do my own research on this brand & after reading several articles & watching a few videos on these tires...I felt these particular tires in this series...was a great choice. I called Tireland back, again spoke w/Al. He told me they had both sets of tires in stock. 215/55-17 & 225/55-18 being the sizes I needed. I paid for them & told him I would need them in late November/early December, asking if they could hold them until then. He said "No Problem" & for me to just come down when I was ready & they'd install them. Al mentioned it was a good idea to buy them now...as they could be gone later in the year. November 29th...I called them to alert them I was coming down & for them to pull the tires from where ever they had them stored. I was told..."OK, come down and well get them on while you wait." I arrived and waited about 2+ hours...as they were busy. After that time period, the counter person tells me..."We don't have your tires!" I asked "what happened...did you sell them to someone else?" Now, 2 counter persons are trying to figure this out and after some discussion between them...they come back and tell me they can have my tires the next day and were very apologetic..."mistakes happen!" And that was funny (not in the true sense of "funny") as just 20 minutes earlier another gentleman had come back from having his tires put on & had driven 30-40 minutes back home...only to discover they had put on the wrong tires! I listened to that same "mistakes happen" and thought it was an unfortunate situation. Then, I find out my situation is now a "mistakes happen" scenario too! :-( I'm now trying to determine what to do. I initially said I wanted my money back. They said they would do that. I also mentioned my time/gas & aggravation was worth something. They offered me another set of tires & tell me that they were more money but they'd not charge me more. I said "No"...that I would come back in 2 days to get the same tires that I had paid for...but they should at least pay for my time & gas to do so. They gave me $25 and said they'd order the tires. Then I was ready to leave...BUT, they now tell me those tires are "out of stock" and they can't get them! WTF??? Again...my blood pressure is up! They again offered my money back...or some other tires. I decided IF they could do those tires today...& they were "as good"...I'd just bite the bullet and get those. They turned out to be Sumitomo "Ice Edge". And I had them mount those and I eventually left...but not happy and not sure if I had been "taken". After getting home & doing some research & comparisons, IMO, the Toyo GSi-6 tires are better & their claim of "being more expensive" was a bit misleading! Maybe a downright lie! So, before leaving I asked "IF" my other set of tires is here, being held for me & was told "YES". Oh...this saga gets even longer and more distasteful! It's now December 6th. I call to ask about them actually having any Toyo Observe GSi-6 in the size they "supposedly" have in storage for my other car...just to make sure my other size is there. They tell me, "Oh yes, we have plenty!" I now drive some 25 miles there. The counter person sees me and initially asks me "how can I help you?" I tell her..."I'm here for my other set of tires"...& she now says she remembers me (with a reserved laugh). I'm now waiting in the customer lounge and mention to her that I'd like her to check to make sure the "GSi-6" tires I paid for are the ones being installed. She said she would check to make sure & walked into the shop. She returns later & was busy doing several things & did not confirm my concern. But I thought..."well they must be the right tires". Some time later, I'm told my car's done and I walk out to my car...check the tires...and YES they're Toyos...just NOT "GSi-6" series! They're "GS3" series. I'm FURIOUS! I go back inside and now am told they ONLY have & had GS3 tires & that these are the SAME as the GSi-6! One girl tells me that she's "schooled in Toyo tires"& "they are the same!" Total BS! I'm offered my money back & my old tires put back on! I'm not having it! I tell them "I do not have the time to keep going around buying tires & want some sort of $$ back & I'll just live with the GS3 tires." The "schooled in Toyo tires" gal opens the register & gives me $40 (w/some note of irritation). I mention that this is not what I had expected or wanted to happen & that this happening 2 times to me in less than 2 weeks is suspect to some sort of "Bait & Switch" technique! If I could give zero stars I would. I've never written a review ever in my life because I find it a waste of time. But I feel in this case it is needed. My car was in need of new snow tires so I brought it to tirelandUSA hence I had heard amazing things. And we did have what we thought was a great experience until not even two days later of doing so I ended up on the side of the road with all of my lug nuts being loose on my left front tire. When I say loose I mean I was able to twist each and everyone of them with my finger. If I had driven any further my tire would have came off, I'm thankful my baby wasn't in the car at the time. So as I say on the side of the road I called Tireland and let them know what was going on, their response was that "they couldn't do anything because on the receipt it states that after 25 miles of getting the tires you have to have your wheels retourqed ." They held no accountability for my tire almost falling off and didn't offer any help which has now been a huge inconvenience . I do not recommend tireland USA and would never tell anyone to go there. read more

Poor Service - won't go back there ever - went down after calling an inquiring about tires and specific sizes and told they had them in stock. They were flippant and insisted they had plenty and no issues. I had to have snow tires removed so had to take the car with snow tires and another vehicle with the original tires/rims. Get all the way down there (almost hour) and guess what NO tires. They don't have them in stock. So they say the'll order them and have them Friday. Wasted trip and gas for TWO cards. Call them Friday morning to confirm and they said they'd be there later in the morning and call. No call nothing not a word. Call them around 1PM and they said they couldn't find anyone with stock so never ordered them. Thanks for telling us. We were doing the tires because of school break this week and no one needed the car or had scheduling issues and now pushed me to end of week with no options. They suggested another no name chinese knock off with mixed reviews online. Forget it. Won't go back. Prices are nothing if they are going to jerk me around and don't have the decency to inform customers of what is going on. At the least they could have called Wednesday and given alternatives when they discovered the Goodyear wasn't going to be available. Now, Friday afternoon, wasted time and not going to drive an hour again on the hopes that they'll have plenty once more. Fell for that the first time. read more

I am not one to complain, in fact I've never left a review lower than 3 stars for a business, but what happened today was unacceptable. I called Tireland about a week ago, and asked how much it would cost to move my summer tires onto my rims, and take my snow tires off. The lady on the phone told me "Well, it depends on the size, but for an average sedan you can expect it to cost about 19-25 dollars" That sounded great, so I said I'll come in to the shop in a few days. I arrive at Tireland, and tell them why I am here, to get my tires swapped. They say great, and have me take a seat. They don't tell me how much that will cost, and I didn't ask because I had was told over the phone. I asked about how long it would take, and I was told about 40 min. No big deal. 30 min later, I get called up to the counter to pay. I was SHOCKED when I saw that I was being charged over $80 for something I was quoted at around $20. Turns out the lady on the phone neglected to inform me that I could expect to pay $20 PER TIRE, not total. She did not use any indicator words such as "each" or "per tire" or anything like it, I was caught so off guard, I just paid and left. This is absolutely unacceptable for any business to be purposefully vague when giving prices over the phone. I ended up paying 4 times more than I thought I would thanks to the employee who answers the phone, and because of that I will never be returning to this establishment, and I will be recommending that my friends and family all stay far away from Tireland USA. read more

This is the biggest tire place I've ever seen. The amount of tires and variety they have is amazing, their costumer service is an 11 out of 10. I was helped by an employee named AL (HIGHLY RECOMMEND REQUESTING HIM) the knowledge he showed me and left me with is much appreciated especially because I'm a new driver. I knew right from the jumped I could trust him and the business I'm 100% recommending this establishment to anyone curious, I went in with little to no knowledge and left with the confidence to know what a good tire is. I have purchased multiple sets of tires from tireland in the past, and had good service. This time was disappointing. After waiting for an hour I was told my truck was done, I went out to it and discovered that it hadn't had the new tires put on. I went back in and informed them of the mistake and they said they would get it right in. After another hour wait I told them that I was not happy and they told me that it had only been two hours, not, were sorry for the mistake and delay. fast forward to the third hour, finally the tires were installed and instead of being addressed by name as other customers one of the ladies at the desk addressed me as "you", your truck is done". Then I go out to get into my truck and after moving the Paper seat cover I find that seat is covered in dirt. Hopefully this review gets their attention and they treat future customers in a more professional manner. I will give another opportunity in the future to do a better job. read more

I was told over the phone they close 3:00 on Saturdays, but their Facebook hours say 2 -- After an hour drive I arrive at 12:30 and say I'm there for tires. I got a flat on Rt 17 near here and went there to get the tire fixed. We showed up at 3 minutes after 5pm and they agreed to take care of us anyway. Wound up buying all 4 new tires and was very impressed with Al, my salesman and Darren, who installed my tires. They do take the time to explain everything and let you choose from their vast inventory. It's worth a trip up there just for their service not to mention excellent pricing. read more
