I was able to make an appointment same day & was fortunate enough to get an appointment 20 mins later. I saw Hannah & she was very nice & efficient. It was a quick appointment. She did a good job. The wax didn't hurt & left minimal redness. She offered a cooling agent or moisturizer when she was done & I declined. I never do because I'm always concerned about an allergic reaction so out of caution I always decline. I don't have any personal experience with their products beyond the wax. Truly, the redness wasn't that bad & went away fairly quickly. It's cashless checkout which is fine as that seems to be the way most places are going these days. I was given the sales pitch for buying a package of waxes. It's not a monthly subscription, simply a package of waxes. I declined not because it wasn't a reasonable price for the packages but because I'm really bad about going in consistently to anywhere that isn't the eyebrow threading place in Surprise that I'm used too. My eyebrows don't grow enough to go every 4 weeks & I don't want to go to have like 6 hairs waxed from each eye. Maybe one day I'll be a better adult & make consistent appointments. For now, this will have to do & I'm happy to know this place is close to me, has convenient hours, & reasonable prices. I would go back but not sure when.

The space was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. My esthetician took her time and listened to what I wanted--my brows came out looking clean, sharp, and natural. You can tell they know what they're doing here. The only reason I'm holding back one star is that I wish the appointment had started a little more promptly.
