I would give this zero stars if possible! My son got me a 90 minute facial and hot stone massage certificate through Groupon here for Christmas. It just turned into an unnecessarily horrible experience! The lady sent me at least six confirmation confirmations changed my appointment time and why I complained and astronaut to keep sending me confirmations. She canceled my appointment lesson 24 hours before it was scheduled and told me to get a refund from Groupon. She was rude and unhelpful. I'm so glad I didn't let her put her hands on me! I've been getting massages for years and I've never dealt with anybody like this lady! Avoid it like the plague. read more

I had my Groupon Eurasian facial yesterday and I loved the entire facial service and how my skin felt during and after the appointment. Aileen is a master of her craft. I honestly feel like I'm in a proactive commercial..."she made my skin feel great!". What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and the fact that she did not try to rush the appointment and walked me through everything that she applied or did to my face, shoulders, and hands. Happy belated Mother's Day to me! My mom purchased a facial from Aileen for me for Mother's Day and I was told to schedule it for anytime during the month of May. I finally had a chance to do so last week, and it did not disappoint! Balancing work with 2 toddlers, a dog, and a husband leaves little time for alone time, so it really was such a treat to get away and enjoy this 90 minute service... Aileen gave me perfect directions and was waiting for me when I arrived a couple of minutes early for my appointment. She couldn't have been sweeter, giving me a warm welcome, and after I filled out some quick paperwork, I found myself relaxing away in her chair. The facial I had included a hot stone back massage and scrub as well as a head, neck, shoulder and hand massage. I enjoyed it all... except one part that tickled my nose! I walked away extremely relaxed and my skin felt great too... much softer and more hydrated than it's felt in ages. I appreciated that Aileen didn't try to sell me on a ton of product; she respected my relaxation time and did her thing. I could tell that everything she used was quality and while I didn't inquire about purchasing anything, I wouldn't hesitate to do so on a future visit. I haven't had a facial in so long and have been on the hunt for a place since we moved out here. The combination of hormones from a new baby, plus the difference in weather put my skin in dire need of some help! After seeing various Groupons and Living Social deals pop up, I chose Aileen based on her previous Yelp reviews and I'm so glad I did! The place is a bit tricky to find, as it is hidden in a back lot amongst other businesses. She also shares the suite with other offices, so that was also a little confusing. However she promptly came out to greet me, so I didn't have to wander around for too long. I had the Eurasian Facial and it was great. Aileen is so friendly, professional, and gentle. She explained everything as she was doing it and her methods were very soothing and relaxing. Not only did it include various facial treatments, but also a head, neck, and shoulder massage with hot stones and a hand massage with softening agents. It was the perfect way to spend "me" time. Wow...this facial went above and beyond all my expectations! Aileen is an incredible esthetician (over 20 years experience) and really knew exactly what my skin needed. Within my 60 minute treatment she was able to do a deep cleanse, exfoliation, lymphatic drainage massage, double face mask, scalp massage and hot rock massage!! I started seeing Aileen several years ago and go see her every time I'm in town (a few times a year). I most recently went a week ago. She's wonderful--friendly and professional. I usually get the hydrating facial. Her massages also really add to the relaxation. She uses a lot of essential oils (as mentioned in another review) that smell and feel great. You can buy products that she uses if you want to (they're on display), but she never pushes them on clients, which is nice. I also get eyebrow waxes from her, and they always come out well. Her services are very reasonably priced, and you can buy packages with three facials to get an even better deal. I always come out of the facial sessions feeling rested and with my face feeling refreshed. I have sensitive skin, and I've never had any problems with the products that she uses, either. Parking is easy, but it is a little tricky to find the place at first in the complex. If you look up the address on Google maps, it gives you the accurate location in the complex. I really can't say enough how great Aileen is and how skilled she is. Highly recommend! read more

Got the Classic Facial. The place is tucked behind the main street. You have to look a bit for it but it's nice as I couldn't hear any traffic. Super quiet and relaxing once started. Instead of a busy spa where you can hear voices, people walking by, etc, this was a super quiet and relaxing experience. The facial was relaxing and took care (at least temporarily) of my dry skin. She explained everything she was doing step by step. My skin feels great and has some moisture for a change. Products smelled wonderful! She did a great shoulder, arm massage - it would have been worth it just for that. At the end she gave me samples to try. She didn't try and force expensive products like many spas but said to try them and see. Prices are very reasonable and I will be back. read more

I bought a living social/groupon for a classic facial. Place was a bit difficult to find-- its kind of hidden. I was pleasantly surprised with this facial. The place is not a super fancy spa setting, but the facial itself is nothing less than quality. Aileen was so sweet and professional. She gave one of the best neck and facial massages I ever received. This is definitely a facial that not only cleanses the face, but will provide relaxation! Products were wonderful-- many natural essential oils and smelled amazing. I'm pregnant and unfortunately experiencing alot of skin discoloration, as well as freckling. She used a brightening mask, which I swear had immediate results. Regular prices are more than fair and I will definitely be returning after the baby is born for some chemical peels. read more

I got a euroasian facial today and it was one of the best facial experiences I've ever had. She definitely knows what she is doing and her movements almost seem like a dance across your face. At times it feels like a teeth cleaning but when all's said and done you feel cleaner, lighter and brighter. All the products she uses smell and feel wonderful.
