Afterwards I was referred to this mortgage company by my realtor and was connected to Derek Mass. My experience from offer to closing has been nothing short of amazing! Even through times of doubt to almost backing out to eventually negotiating for higher escrow credit, Derek has been with me through every step of the way. He was always receptive and punctual with all my questions, and when it came to the difficult ones he met up with the rest of his colleagues to try to find the best possible answer for me. He was always supportive and respectful of my schedule and availability and really tried his best to give me what I wanted in terms of getting my interest rates fixed, extending the deadlines, etc. His attitude was top notch as well.
