Incredibly unprofessional and surprisingly a very rude woman. My mother simply asked if she could hold off on paying a second pet deposit for her other dog yet, as he is an older dog that's partially blind who was at the last moment unable to come on a long drive to move due to complications with his age, she only asked if she could pay if when she is actually able to bring him. My mother just started a new job in the medical field during this crisis Fighting the pandemic and extreme need for workers ,and hasn't had much time to move so came to town with her house packed. This woman refused her because my mother didn't want to pay an extra pet deposit yet. This woman had the nerve to accuse my mother of LYING and said she didn't believe her and because she wouldn't get as much money as she initially wanted out of my mom she wouldn't rent to her her voice sounded so cold and mean.My mother has been scrambling to get everything done so she could move safely and so exhausted and stressed from this situation she Left my mother crying and stuck having to find a new place to move. I WOULD NOT recommend her if you are from out of town looking for a place in San Antonio. Such disappointing behavior and truly leaves a bad impression for the city itself.
