The first year I drove to OP for doctor needs but 45 minutes was longer than I wanted to drive so I looked around Raymore for a doctor. I found Raymore Medical Group near the house and made my first appointment with Dr. Mohan. Dr. Mohan is personable, always answers questions, makes suggestions and I have never had any complaints about the medical care. The office staff is good to work with in terms of scheduling appointments or making a change when my work schedule requires. The only problem with Raymore Medical Group is the billing which seems random to almost dishonest. I have not been to the doctor for years needing anything other than a refill for prescriptions. I pay out of pocket and the visits were $89 with a discount if I paid the same day. The last few visits the charges started to vary from $120 to $160 so I asked for an explanation of why the price for the same thing has almost doubled. I actually looked at changing doctors over this since the billing lady said she had no idea and that the doctor sets the prices for each visit after the visit (makes no sense to me). After explaining the last 8 visits were only for the same refill on meds, nothing more or less I asked what the charge would be to come back for another prescription check up...and they once again told me they did not know. I run a company and if I told any customer or potential customer that I had no idea how much it would cost them I cannot imagine how anyone would ever buy from us. I know the economy is tough but not telling patients what they are charging or why they are charging different prices for the same services seems wrong. The medical care is fine, the billing and customer service needs to be fixed.

We get there, the front desk person and the doctor were to busy conversing to check us in. When we finally got back to get vitals, the front desk person who also served as the nurse yelled the vitals to the provider who was sitting at the front desk. No regard to HIPAA. The provider came in and was out in 2 minutes. Didn't introduce herself at all. As we were leaving, I nicely asked the doctor her name, she acted very offended and stated, "Dr. Amanda". Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They need to get new staff. Also, didn't witness either of them washing their hands.

Went to this clinic 30 days ago and still never got my script filled. I reached out to the clinic several times and spoke with a very unprofessional nurse who still did not help and eventually they closed out my script. I dont care what response the own gives about this review they did absolutely nothing to assir with me getting my script which not have the medication caused me to stop breathing in my sleep twice. I did reach out to Medicaid this entire process and asked them to document my experience as I would have NEVER chose this clinic! Medicaid signed this clinic up as my pcp! They were quick to. Took the appointment so they would get paid but slow to make sure I got my medication. Again the OWNER will.give a generic response but never reached out to me to fix the issue! If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would!!

In the end he prescribed drugs that had horrible side effects, but it made it obvious that the doctor had a relationship with the rep who pushes them. I am sure he is fine as a general physician, but I would be leery of any prescriptions he recommends as he seems to push what he wants and not what the patient needs.

I was referred to Sano in Raymore by CareNow urgent care for a new injury. 3/21/25 Care Now had…read moreprovided me with a DJO size large (due to extreme swelling) knee brace with metal side supports. I received a bill for $71.23 from DJO directly for their L1820 DRYTEX ECON, HINGED KNEE brace. Per the Dr. at urgent care, I went to Sano on 3/25/25, by then the swelling had gone done considerably, and the size large brace was too big. I saw Brian McCormick, he looked at the knee and gave me an injection of Tramcinolone Acetonide 10 mg 4 units billed at $120.00 and $124.00 for the injection. They provided a size medium DJO L1833 DRYTEX Hinged knee brace BILLED AT $995.00. A 900% MARKUP. What a ripoff. This is almost the same knee brace I was only billed $71. My insurance rejected the knee brace because it wasn't pre-approved, and it won't apply to my deductible. They demand a credit card number when you fill out the paperwork, so I can't even hold payment. I will not be using them in the future.
