Went to this clinic 30 days ago and still never got my script filled. After multiple pharmacist…read morereached out trying to assist in me getting my script calls were ignored as they were with me as well. I reached out to the clinic several times and spoke with a very unprofessional nurse who still did not help and eventually they closed out my script. I dont care what response the own gives about this review they did absolutely nothing to assir with me getting my script which not have the medication caused me to stop breathing in my sleep twice. I did reach out to Medicaid this entire process and asked them to document my experience as I would have NEVER chose this clinic! Medicaid signed this clinic up as my pcp! They were quick to. Took the appointment so they would get paid but slow to make sure I got my medication. Again the OWNER will.give a generic response but never reached out to me to fix the issue! If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would!!

Good luck getting in to see a doctor! I do have a primary…read morecare doctor at this office. I can't even get in too see them or any other doctor. I have an appointment for 2 months out. That's all they had available. Was told to call everyday to see if they can see me sooner. We'll 3 weeks and still can't be seen. Will have to go to the emergency room to get help with my issue. Was told to go to the emergency room or to a walk in clinic. So what is the purpose of having a primary car doctor if they can never see you. This sucks. Need to find a way to help people with issue.

I had a 1.30 appointment. I arrived early....1.15. I went to the front desk with my 2 necessary…read morecards in hand and thanks to an EXTREMELY rude skinny woman (I do know her name) turned it into a nightmare for no other reason than she didnt feel a need to speak anymore words than we're absolutely necessary. She tells me my insurance is not valid and she ran my medicare and i owe her money. I stated I didnt understand about the canceled insurance and she told me it was invalid and handed me back my debit card after charging me. While this is going on I'm looking at the clock and it is 1.45. There are no other patients in the building and the rude nasty woman states they will see me when they return from lunch. Mind you I am ill I can weasing so loud it sounds like theres a cat meowing in the room. I told her to give me a refund grabbed my 3 year old granddaughter and went to my car in tears. After crying a bit and using my inhaler I was getting calm to drive away and one of the nurses comes outside looking for me. I was so sick I had to go back in. So I take the 3 yr old out if her carseat and go back in. I get what I need and leave. Back at the car I called uhc to find out what was wrong with my insurance. Uhc cancelled it because they sent forms to be completed and they were not returned. J called my broker...thank the lord for that awesome man...he looks up my account and states yes it was canceled because dr. Christine moores office did not complete the forms and return them as requested. I explained my experience at the office that day and he knew exactly who the skinny nasty woman was from his calls to that office for his business. He said he gave her the benefit of the doubt about her rudeness the first couple of times but she continued to behave the same way everytime he decided she was plain ole mean. All this woman had to do is talk to me about my insurance so I would understand it had been canceled or refer to uhc to find out the problem but she did nothing and never had any intention to be courteous. It absolutely floors me that their office is the reason I had no insurance. If they didnt want to process the forms then I should have been contacted or if they wanted me to pay the extremely high prices they have posted to do paperwork I would have had the option of paying. But NOTHING WAS DONE BUT CHARGE ME MONEY. Another GREAT QUESTION...WHY DO YOU MAKE 1.30 APPOINTMENTS WHEN YOU ARENT GOING TO BE THERE! Because my insurance was canceled I also had to pay a high price for my prescriptions. I have been to that office multiple times and have talked to them on the phone and they have always been very pleasant and helpful. I dont know where that nasty piece of work at the front desk came from but I can't imagine ever having to walk in or communicate with them again. The doctors and nurses were great when they finally arrived.

Dr. Moore is very passionate about her patients. She genuinely cares and so does her nurse…read morepractitioner, Diane. The staff is awesome as well. I can honestly say that I've been diagnosed with my symptoms almost as soon as I describe my concerns. Dr. Moore's office is also a teaching doctors office, so you may see a resident but they are learning from one of the best. I feel if I was not comfortable seeing a resident, they wouldn't have a problem with that. I have a phobia of needles and have hidden veins and the phlebotomist, Kari, knows this - no matter how long I've been away. From the office. When she sees me enter the lab by another phlebotomist, she will say, "I got her". I would recommend anyone to go see Dr. Moore or Christine.
