Before we went to Japan I broke a tooth - nothing dramatic, just eating dinner (rice, meat, cooked vegetables). Dr. Donesky was able to see me, put a temporary crown on my tooth so I could fly and eat my heart out on my trip. He asked me to visit the lab so they could do an exact color match on my teeth (this is what I mean when I say he wants any work he does to look natural) When I returned from my trip, the crown was ready. My temporary held up so well I was able to fly and eat normally. When the new crown was placed, the temporary was so stuck on my tooth - I appreciated that because it afforded me stability despite being a temporary crown. Rebecca, Dr. Doneskys' assistant is so kind. I enjoy our conversations (I am a nervous patient) and she is so knowledgeable about the hidden gems in Marin. Felicia at the front desk is so good with submitting my insurance claims even if my insurance rejects it, I'm glad she at least attempts it. She also schedules me for days and times that work best for my life. When I come for my appointments, despite the usual dental nervousness, I do feel confident. I would encourage prospective patients to compare pricing with other offices before committing. Also, most advanced offices offer scanners instead of molds, so much more precise!
