The increasing costs every month for the same simple short cut which requires much less time than a style groom. This was my first visit and with my schnoodle who is a rescue and very timid with those she does not know.......I was invited to stay and it made the experience for Micah incredible. She was calm, she was comfortable, and she is a wee bit of a tomboy...she doesn't like fussy or bows or long hair...she just wants short and be done with it. My five year old lab had been going there since he was a pup. Over the last two years the employees told me he was biting... never broken skin. He never displayed this behavior at home. I feel he was neglected there. Picked him up a week early the last time he boarded and the staff refused to retrieve him for me. We went back to retrieve him ourselves and he was in the very back kennel the farthest away from the other dogs. Also when I counted his pre measured food packs... I had three extra days of food. That tells me they skipped meals. I asked to speak to the owner and was told that I didn't need to speak with her. She didn't need to speak with me. My dog is no longer permitted to kennel there. If I just showed up in an effort to speak with her... they would call the Sheriff. The owner has no idea that this has happened. That particular staff member had been caught in a lie before. This used to be a great facility. It's sad that the owner has no idea of the quality and trustworthiness of her staff. My dog has since stayed at other kennels and has never had a problem.

Also, she takes accurate records of what treatment is used on your dog, the date of services rendered, the dogs medical history, makes notes of any skin lesions, growths, warts , and who their veterinarian is for any emergencies. As a doctor myself , I appreciated her record keeping l, thouoghness, and concern for my dogs and other clients dogs . She also never leaves them on the table unattended and allows you to stay if you live a distance .
