Britt has been absolutely wonderful with our fur babies. She takes great care of them, and we truly appreciate the love, patience, and care she puts into what she does. From the bath, blow-dry, anal glands, ears and nails to their cuts, she takes care of everything -- and her prices are very reasonable for all that she provides. After three years of coming here, we've always been happy with the way our doggos look and feel when they come home. I only wish I had remembered to take before-and-after pictures because they always come out looking so fresh and clean! It's not just about getting them groomed -- it's knowing they're being cared for by someone we trust. That means a lot to us. Also, she takes accurate records of what treatment is used on your dog, the date of services rendered, the dogs medical history, makes notes of any skin lesions, growths, warts , and who their veterinarian is for any emergencies. As a doctor myself , I appreciated her record keeping l, thouoghness, and concern for my dogs and other clients dogs . She also never leaves them on the table unattended and allows you to stay if you live a distance .

While I knew this new experience might cause her some anxiety, Julie handled her with patience, love and care. Loved the convenience of being able to do chores at home for the hour or so my little lady was getting groomed. Additionally, her haircut was the best she's ever had in 14 years of grooming.
