Big mistake! Personnel were stand offish not welcoming were rude about her prior purchase and overall unhelpful. Their stitch guide specified threads from a source which has discontinued operations 2 yr ago and they never bothered to update it! So my advice is purchase your projects elsewhere clearly they are unable to provide a pleasant retail environment unlike most LNS. Lesson learned !

Anna was helpful in assisting us during the process of painting our pieces & bringing out the different paints and brushes that we needed. We were satisfied with our pieces when we were finished and can't wait to get the final pieces after they are cured by the business.
