He showed how the money was taken out of his account and order was confirmed and they didn't budge. He ended up have to pay $60 total for balloons and they told him to call their customer service number for a refund. That is absolutely ridiculous. I know this is true because the day before I had to pick some pre-ordered balloons up and they told me they couldn't find the name. Luckily the balloons was by the register waiting and I pointed them out. I'm not sure if the system is lagging or whatever the case may be but they need to get it together.
