The issue is the owner or perhaps manager who has no customer service skills. The decoration take down is a nightmare and the owner takes no responsibility for the process because he "subs" it out and he stated it's just hard to find good help! For three straight years I have screws, holes, sticky contacts all over my house and in a few places the paint has peeled where they took off the sticky contacts. The "subs" came out two weeks ago to resolve my issues, stayed less than an hour and all their gear - ladders, paint, puddy, etc. are sitting in front of my house. Without question - the worse customer service ever. How can anyone run a business like this!!! FIX MY ISSUES!!!

Had 4 instances of problems with the installation and another with the decoration take down. The owner of this business takes no responsibility for the installation process. He subs it out. When I talked to him about my problems, he referred to them as "demands." He also indicated that he has no control of the installation crews. All he can do is pass along requests. One of my problems was having the anchor screws remain in my house trim. He said it was standard procedure to leave them in all year long so the crew doesn't have to put them back in. (It wasn't last year.) Would you like these screws in your trim all year? See photo for an example. Interesting that 100% of the payment goes to him and he isn't responsible. I would strongly advise using this service.
