Rudd's tech "Hayden"did a great job with this industrial size water heater. Most recently I contacted Rudd for an estimate on replacing the HVAC duct work in my crawl space. Well little did I know the main Sewage drain had been leaking. My Rudd tech "Steven Ross" was quick with a quote and they replaced my entire drainage system and got it up to code. Steven was very professional and worked extremely hard for two days getting me back on line with our water line. Steven is a very knowledgeable and personable employee. From customer service to dispatch to service technician....EVERYONE was above exemplary in their approach to my concerns. Josh, was the service technician that served the moment. He took care to inform of foreseeable concerns, but admitted that even through his diagnostics couldn't narrow what triggered my issue. What could've been a very expensive call was minimally fiscally conservative in its service charge. The system was running again very shortly. And this morning, I rose to the comfort I have grown accustomed. PREFERRED is now my preferred HVAC/plumbing go to and I elected their PPP maintenance option. One of the companies I stumbled upon is Prices Junk & Waste Solutions. After calling the young gentleman he asked about the nature of all the objects I had and roughly how much. Over the phone he gave me a rough estimate which I found to be very reasonable, even without seeing everything. I was concerned as I thought he may need need a dumpster trailer to fit all of it, but he assured me his own moving equipment would be enough, thus saving me on costs. Moreover, he got me scheduled within a day and a very reasonable timeframe of four hours. The quote also mentioned how long the project would last which I found refreshing. As for when he and his assistant arrived, they did a quick inventory of the items and immediately got to work. The young men were professionally dressed even though they're doing hard labor, were courteous and didn't waste time. They weren't loud and to be honest I almost forgot they were there. They hit their estimate on the nose and finished, perhaps 20 minutes under the quoted amount of time. I found Prices Junk and Waste Solutions a very reasonable and professional business to get rid of a lot of unwanted house clutter or aged belongings. The prices are extremely low and I felt very comfortable having them at my house while they worked. If I ever need assistance in the future, you can bet Price's will be the service I use.
