So we look over and we see no customers waiting to cash out or anything. Talk about micro management.. why can't see relax her feet when no one is around?? Is it any skin off this man's back? I worked in a fast paced factory setting and an American Eagle store before and it wasn't that serious. I don't know who or what this man's role is but if he really didn't want an employee to be comfortable at work then he should've assigned her something else to do while she waited for customers. I've seen this cashier work there before and she is friendly and works so I really don't know what this man's problem was. Oh and also, I was shopping in the bathroom section when I saw father and son(customers) testing out a soccer ball and this man really said "we have to sell that so dont do that." I see nothing wrong with testing out a product you're potentially going to buy. If I take it home and it's flat I would return it so why not give it a little test. Needless to say the duo walked away and I don't blame them, I personally would've walked out that store really upset. So I give 5 stars to the cashier because she held her composure for the most part, she was upset rightfully so. And I DEDUCT 3 stars for that man's micro management behavior at a RETAIL store because I don't believe all Ollie's have someone like that working there and I really do enjoy Ollie's most the time. So hectic, stressful and poor work environment. Disappointed..I hope to never experience this again.

We worked with Amanda and could not have been happier because originally our ten-day- later delivery was cancelled on us for an unknown reason and the best the store manager was able to do was get us a date ten days after that, which was unreasonable because we had gotten rid of our existing sofa based on confirmation of the original La-Z-Boy delivery date. We reached back out to Amanda and she really stepped up and was able to get us a delivery date much sooner than was the store manager, which was very much appreciated because Amanda cared that La-Z-Boy's delivery component had screwed up our delivery and unlike the store manager, wasn't willing to settle for placing us back in some random delivery rotation. We love our sofa and could not have been happier with Amanda's assistance during both store visits and when we really needed her help regarding the delivery. I see a lot of posts critical of La-Z-Boy deliveries and I can understand why. They really need to work on that, but as far our experience with Amanda goes, we could not be happier or more grateful. After falling in love with the items in Kelsey's store, I decided to reach out & see if there was anything that could be done with our new 1900 square foot home. Kelsey from KM Home Interiors was local, so it was easy to get an appointment that worked with our busy schedules. She had a tall order to fill, we were looking for a design that was modern, classy & 3 year old friendly, that still allowed us to entertain friends & family, while trying to utilize some of the furniture we already had. She came up with a draft that was an EXACT fit for our lifestyle! She magically transformed our dark burgundy walls and ill placed couches into a family friendly living room with more seating! She waved her magic wand and our boring kitchen with orange tinted counters turned into a bright, lively kitchen where we actually enjoy entertaining! My daughter wanted a pink room. ALL PINK! Kelsey appealed to both of us with dainty details, beautiful fabrics and pink accessories fit for a princess! (Definitely better than my idea of just painting the walls pink!) It's her amazing attention to detail that made my boring 1960's raised ranch the amazing house it is today! I'll be the first to admit, I have a few Pinterest Fails under my belt, and I never could have done it without her! The fee was EXTREMELY reasonable & I can't stop raving about the amazing job she did when our friends & family come over! We don't plan on selling our house anytime soon, but when we do, I hope KM Home Interiors is there to help me with my next project! They appropriately followed…read moresocial distancing measures, and though the shop is smaller, we felt safe browsing with just 1 other customer in the shop. We came at the transfer from fall to Christmas decor and were thrilled to find a plethora of holiday decor! The shop is filled with classic and country style decor of all kinds, both fit for indoor and outdoor decorations. The staff is helpful and personable and clearly hard working, as the shop is beautiful and constantly supplied with the latest items. Would definitely recommend a trip out to the "country" to visit this wonderful shop!
